I swear the good reviews HAVE to be fake accounts. This is BY FAR the worst Rally’s in the entire NKY area. If you are in the mood for Rally’s DO NOT waste your money here. GO TO MT ZION. Went through the drive thru, got up to the window to pay. I paid and got my drink. Guy tells me to go around and go through the other drive thru to get my food. I have been sitting here for 45 minutes waiting for my food. It's not even busy so why the hell is it taking so damn long to get the food? Get the food and it's ice cold. Definitely not worth the hassle!!!

Worst service on the planet. They 2 people who have no idea what they are doing. Takes them 30 mins to get 1 order done, and they screw it up. Zombies have more brains than these people. If I could give negative stars, I would. A bus load of 2 years old kids could do better.
