Clean store but the manager is literally sitting there watching her staff move slow as molasses looking high tn on her own cloud 11-20-23 she’s scraping the grill for zero reason to look busy, better service is in Covington and that’s sad to say.
The employees working 10/29 during the night shift were extremely nice and helpful! This is one of the good chipotles in the area. Will go to this location forever! Restaurant was also extremely clean.

We are regulars at the Chipotle in Fort Mitchell Kentucky. The last 4 times we have been there we have had nothing but problems. Prior to typing this I have called on multiple occasions to speak with a manager about these same problems every time. We order the same thing every time and we are charged a different price every time. My child gets a bowl with rice chicken and extra cheese.
