Taco Bell is my favorite place to eat when it comes to fast food. But over the last couple years thier service has really went downhill. We have 4 TBells where ai live and the 2 oldest franchises have better service than the last 2 that's came to town. One never has enough staff to keep the lobby open,not everyone wants thier boritos to fall apart in thier vehicles. And the other newer franchise can't seem to get every order correct. The food was okay but the staff stinks! No manners, no thank you. The guy at the window was hanging my change out the window and talking to someone and dropped some of my change on the ground, I asked him how much fell and he said" oh its only a dime" REALLY? It was MY dime and he acted like he was offended when I asked for another to replace it. I don't know who is training these rude kids but I'm sick of their attitudes. Food was good. One drink was just carbon water and they said they could NOT replace it. That's a first! Hopefully, they fix it before the next person comes through! Otherwise, they'll be making more money from their lack of duties.
