The service was extremely slow despite it being completely dead other than my family and one couple. We had to wait almost an hour just to get out food. The food was then extremely greasy and one minute away from being undercooked. I kept finding hair in my food. I stopped counting after three. Also, the tables *were not* clean.
The food is really good but anytime I go to the one in hopkinsville, there is a very long wait. This week it was over 20 minutes in the drive thru. The cashier explained a rush inside and they got all the chicken but I can't remember a time we didn't have to wait at least 15 minutes

My wife and I went through the drive thru around 12:30 today for lunch we both ordered the fish and shrimp platter the lady at the drive thru made sure we had condiments even though it's posted we had to ask if we needed them. We pulled around and waited 2-3 minutes the shrimp were big pieces for fast food and everything was extremely crispy and fresh. I can honestly say it was the best fish, shrimp and hush puppies I have ever eaten. You won't be disappointed
