Went to get new clips for my bike shoes or to buy new shoes the man that helped me ,was so very very honest, he told me I did not need either one he tightened my clips and did not charge me a dime . If you are looking for a bike or need one fixed this is the place to go. Thanks for all your help. ??
This bike shop has a firm place in this family's heart. We've been back in Lexington for a little over one year now and have had nothing but fabulous service from Broomwagon for our bikes and jogging stroller over three visits. Each time, we're met with kindness, joy, and professionalism. No issue is too small (tire valves on the stroller) or too dirty (completely rehabbing and repairing bikes long neglected in a barn). Such awesome people. My husband got a bike from them. He had such a good experience, that he talked me into getting one. I wish I could have gotten the lady’s name who helped me. She was so cool and helpful. She guided me through the whole process. She basically fit me with a bike. I’ve never had a bike that had felt so comfortable and adjusted to me.
