Whole vibe was killed when dude with long hair was rude and rushing me. I know staffing issues are hard-hitting to the industry but no one should have to deal with that for just ordering food. Disappointed with portion size, staff, and atmosphere as a whole.

I come here for lunch all the time! The employees are great at what they do and move through the lunch rush line pretty quickly and efficiently, I was impressed. They used to give REALLY good portions, but I guess corporate came down on them because they're a little stingier now, even with the rice. Definitely a Chipotle (GRRR) problem and not an employee problem.I always get pretty basic tacos. I've only gotten genuinely skimped once, and I'm sure I could've just politely asked for a little more at the time. The food and drink always tastes good (and fresh) and there's plenty of seating. They're out of certain proteins sometimes, but I think it's just because they get so much foot traffic with being next to UK. I prefer it to Qdoba even if it's a little pricey. Great lunch spot!

I ordered a burrito with light rice and light beans so it would be small and easy to eat. The lady made up for the small size with a massive scoop of pico de gallo and corn salsa. It made the burrito wet and unappetizing. The carnitas tasted well, but overall slightly below average.

What a well run Chiptole. Employees were friendly and very efficient. Food was prepared perfectly and tasted great. There was a line when I got there but got through line quickly. The female manager was encouraging her the employees and was not afraid to step in and work beside them. Very impressed. Will

Some African American employee tried to fight me after another employee blocked my car in and was nowhere to be found. After I confronted the driver about moving his car, some guy who thought he was tough just about got shot by my friend/ bodyguard when he started threatening and advancing toward me in a threatening manner. He was lucky but could have lost his life over a parking spot.
That older short woman of color that runs the register at lunch is not friendly and very impersonable, always has an attitude. I'm here almost daily at lunch. She HATES if someone comes in and asks for their order. Every time I visit this store during lunch, she acts like she doesn't see you, then when you ask for an order, she gets aggravated like she doesn't want to help people by doing her job. I had two orders today. There were about 6-8 orders ready on the shelf. I asked for my two after standing in line. She proceeded to the next customer, who was the last customer in the line and behind me, cashing them out instead. Then after she grabbed my first order, she didn't bother looking for the 2nd and just said "we don't have it." She always ignores the people waiting on the side to pick up their order. As a suggestion, maybe put someone else on the register during your busy hours or have someone else tend to order pick-ups. Terrible service.

When I'm in the area, I always order to-go from this Chipotle location, and I've always had a good experience overall. Food is yummy, and the place is usually fairly busy, but nothing too crazy. I'd recommend stopping in when in the area.

Pictures speak for themselves. This is trash.UPDATE: I went back and asked them to remake it. It took the manager ten minutes to come acknowledge me, despite the restaurant not even being remotely busy. I explained to him that the quantity of the food was the issue. No refund was given. Third photo is what I got. The majority of the bowl is sour cream and somehow there’s even LESS food overall??? Featuring the brown guac. This is absolutely disgusting. An absolute joke.

I ordered my friend an order from chipotle only for her to receive not even a hefty half of a bowl! This is a disappointment and I'm not sure why they thought this was acceptable. I paid full price expecting a full bowl.UPDATE: included in the pictures is an updated pic where chipotle attempted to make another bowl...but it looks worse somehow? The sour cream itself takes most of the volume in comparison to the rest of the food. Last time I checked, a burrito bowl was ordered not a bowl of sour cream. Chipotle what is going on???
