So just my opinion Keep that in mind I got the three tacos, rice and beans Everything was okay Though the rice could have had a little more flavor Now the reason I gave three stars in general Was for two Thangs1. I know there's inflation, but it is getting ridiculous to charge two dollars for Queso But even more ridiculous to charge two dollars For sour cream It is only sour cream. It is not as expensive as Queso so there can not be no excuse!2. This one is the biggest opinion, but the The salsa And the jalapeno ranch dip Are both way too spicy for chips And a salsa starter If both sauces are too spicy it's A disservice to people that do not like their salsa spicy Giving them little choice side note Personal taste. I don't like my chips thin I feel as if it a way to Cheapen it.

I’m from Texas. Home of the original Chuy’s! Love the beans at all the restaurants we’ve ever eaten at including this one except for this day. I’m plant based. Asked server to replace meat with beans. I ordered the new “bowl” and not a bean was found. Lots of rice though. Never had worse food, worse server with attitude, lack luster atmosphere. Something has changed and management needs to take notice.Vegetarian options: Not enough options and charro beans need to be put back on the menu.

My fiance was excited to take me here, because he's had a great experience in another location. This one, however, was a disappointment. The food was NOT good.
This is the 2nd time I have been here. 1st time eat in2nd carry out.I WILL NOT eat here again!!!

Absolutely horrible experience, waited an hour and 16 minutes on a texas tini tonight, was with a large party and after hour and 20 minutes there still hadn't even taking food order, at that point I didn't even try to order food. Good thing because guy across from was still waiting on his food another hour and 15 minutes later..Its now 9:35 pm , 2 hours later and I'm going to go get something to eat somewhere else.Never again and you all will take a loss tonight because mostl of us are regular weekly customers...

I went there with my wife earlier this afternoon for lunch.We enjoyed our food, and ended up taking the rest to go, along with another order of chips and queso. Only to come home tonight, and find out there was a DEAD BUG in my queso. Thats right, there was a dead cockroarch in my queso. Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT eat here! If it happened to me today, there's no telling how many cockroaches made it into other people's food today. I'm purposefully not leaving any contact info, because I do not want Chuy's to reach out and "try to make it right". In my opinion, it's completely unacceptable to have cockroaches in your customers food. And I will never be returning to a Chuys again.
