Stopped in to drink a few rounds of beer and work on my drawings at the bar. The bartender Nancy was a pleasure, she was kind and pleasant to talk to, as were the occasional quips from Kirk.The menu was interesting, containing quite a lot of Germanic influence. My husband and I visited Ethereal Public House this past Sunday and absolutely enjoyed it! I ordered the S&V wings and the Rosti Potato. The wings were super flavorful and juicy. The Rosti potato was a little salty for my taste but the sauerkraut on top was out of this world! My husband ordered the Pretzel and Obatzda...get it. This was some of the best food I've had in ages. A casual spot with bar service on beer, top notch german food and cocktails. A great classic pub feel. It can get pretty loud so a larger group might have trouble talking with everyone at the table. Great traditional style beers compliment the savory foods. I will definitely be back when I'm in town next.
