Today was my first time going to First Watch, and I must say this place blew my expectations. I’d like to start off by saying the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, it’s the perfect place to bring family and friends alike. The food was astonishing, the flavor, the freshness, the presentation were all spot-on. But above all else, the service was beyond what I could’ve expected. Everyone was so helpful and friendly! But I must give the credit to a gorgeous, kind-hearted and outgoing woman by the name of Sarah (ask for her if you can because she is a rockstar). I couldn’t thank Sarah enough as she went above and beyond to make sure my father and I had a pleasant experience. She truly made our day (as I know she would make anyone’s day with that smile) and we are coming back for more. Thank you First Watch, and thank you Sarah for giving us an astounding first impression of First Watch. We can’t wait to come back and see you and enjoy some more exquisite cuisine!!Parking: It is a moderately decent parking lot, but don’t be surprised if it’s full by the time you arrive. This place is only going to get more popular over the course of time.
We go to this location a lot. The food is very good. However the last several times we have gone they start sweeping the floors and under the booths around us. The broom even hit my husbands foot. The brooms are covered with dust, lint and food. Not only is it unsanitary it is not very appetizing. It also gives the impression that they want you to hurry up and leave. We were there 45 minutes before closing. We told the guy at register and he was very nice. The girl at register smirked.

Love their food and monthly rotating seasonal menu. Reliable high-quality and decently nutritious food is like gold for someone who spends as much time as I do traveling for work. First watch is a bit pricier than Panera or other national chains featuring breakfast, but also a notch or two above in quality and experience. Well worth the extra time and $ in my opinion.

Usually I only make reviews when someone really pisses me off, but on rare occasions I do good ones.With it being a cafe I was expecting high cost and low amount of food, but was quite oppisite. Ordered pancakes for $9.50 and had enough for this breakfast and tomorrow's. You get your moneys worth.Service was also really fast and good (Emma) even with it being packed inside and out, so don't feel discouraged by the parking lot.The hell with Wafflehouse and Ihop. This is where it's at.

Wonderful food and service!!I've been to the richmond road location many many times and every time I am so grateful for the fast and amazing service!! Blakely has been my server multiple times and never ceases to go above and beyond for me! She's definitely one of the best ever! Audrey always helps me at the front and seems to be a wonderful and friendly person overall. Both of these girls (and everyone else i've encountered) have always treated me with respect and kindness. They all deserve to be appreciated and recognized for their hard work! I highly recommend this location for anytime you're looking for a good, friendly, and timely breakfast meal. Thank you to everyone at this location!
