Sent from my iPad My husband ordered my Birthday cake from Garrisons bakery after reading some reviews regarding the cake and buttercream. He ordered it a month in advance and the week prior reconfirmed dates May 14, 2022 by text( they typically don't answer phone) the baker did respond for the date we requested. We went to pick up the cake at the appointed time and when we arrived the baker/owner said she had it written down for Sunday the 15 and the cake was not available. At first I asked my husband to get his money back which he did not want to do because he knows how I love birthday cakes( good ones with great butter cream icing) and he had no back up. He called them back and asked when it could be ready that day she said around 2 which was fine. Even though we would have to travel again for 40 minutes driving. We went back to get the cake and it was ready on time. The cake was a 8 inch white cake, with white buttercream icing and he had asked for Orange and yellow roses on top with just a simple Happy Birthday. I opened the box ($50.00 cake) it was no extras, very simple and it had Plastic rose buds on top. I was not expecting the roses to be non-edible. Bottom line in my opinion,should have a better system for ordering , owner/baker calendar reminder , cake was ok certainly not decorated or tasted as the price that was paid for this item on a special occasion.

Loved the cupcakes I ordered and they kids loved them too. From out of town and ordering via text and the ease of payment and pickup were awesome. If I'm ever through Lexington again and need something I'll definitely give her a shout.

I highly recommend this bakery! I sent a picture of cupcakes and cake pops I wanted made for my daughter's birthday party and they looked great. They tasted good too. The icing was not overly sweet. The cake pops were a nice size and tasted awesome. The kids and parents loved them.

I ordered butter beer cupcakes for a Harry Potter themed baby shower and they were sooo delicious! I received many compliments on the yummy buttercream frosted sugar cookies as well! Whenever I need cupcakes or cookies, I’ll be getting them from Garrisons. Jessica is professional, timely, and so easy to work with! I’m a fan!

My sister ordered a cake for my sons birthday. She was sent a picture of a fornite cake and that was the cake we decided on. It was $60. She was told it can serve 12-24 people. We were barely able to serve everyone and there were less than 20 people at the party and even then the slices had to be cut very small. The cake the baker sent her vs the cake she ACTUALLY picked up was literally half the size. Very disappointing outcome for spending SIXTY dollars on a cake. Pictures attached.

I got sugar cookies and cupcakes for my colleague's work baby shower. Everything was adorable and absolutely delicious! I'm now a believer in buttercream over glaze for sugar cookies. Everyone raved about them! Garrison's Buttercream was highly professional in all interactions, incredibly easy to work with, and most importantly the goodies were delicious. Highly recommend!

I am not a big cake person but I wanted to celebrate my daughter's 1 month birthday and treat her nurses (she is a premie in the NICU). I ordered from Garrison's through facebook. They were prompt and even offered free delivery to the hospital, which was so helpful and appreciated. The best part was actually getting to eat the cupcakes. So good! I went with strawberry. I cant wait for another reason to order more! Thank you Garrison's!

Decided to try something different for my mom's birthday cake this year and stumbled upon Garrison's Buttercream Bakery in my search. Very congenial and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The cake was exactly what I requested and looked great. The pleasantly pumpkin flavor option was simply divine...delightfully delicious! The spices were just right, not too strong, and the pumpkin was distinct and made both the cake and icing pop with flavor. The cake texture was excellent and very moist! We were extremely pleased and expectations were beyond being met. We will support this bakery again!!!
