I order from here all the time. Today was the first and only time they messed p my order, and it was genuine mistake. I called to let them know, which i typically don't and they immediately credited my account for another meal since they were closing soon. I love this store, they're always so nice and I wish i asked the name of the driver and guy on the phone because I wanna compliment them personally.Hope they see this! :)
Food is good, i mean it's jimmy johns. took a while to get our food though. Staff we very rude. "yup, what else." "ok, is that all?" "ok, is that all" gave side eyes and a rude tone. the place we quiet there were us and other man there. but nicely decorated.

Having worked at jj before I just can't this place too much credit. The service was terrible (took several minutes for people to register I had walked in as they were on their phones). There were multiple orders pending, again not done because they were on their phones. This places smells like they aren't keeping up with the cleaning. Food is par for jj. Really disapointed.
