“Let me say this is the BEST Jimmy John’s in Lexington. Every time I have gone to this restaurant, it is clean and above and beyond the customer service that is there is just amazing in every way there is one worker in particular, and her name Tish and she is such a ray of sunshine, and sometimes in a very dark world it’s so refreshing I cannot say enough amazing things about her. She is so pleasant and happy and engaging in every way the other employees are wonderful as well. don’t get me wrong, but she just gives you that extra happiness friendliness, so I highly suggest if you get a chance to get over to this Jimmy John’s to go inside and meet this lovely woman and her other coworkers and just enjoy their energy“
“Vegetarian options: one of the sandwiches, The Veggie, has no meat, and comes with both cheese and avocado spread at no extra cost. no other sandwiches on their menu don't charge for avocado spread.Dietary restrictions: they have breadless versions of all their sandwiches for anyone who can't have bread. they come wrapped in lettuce. none of their sandwiches or sides have any peanuts or tree nuts in them. as far as I'm aware the bread is egg free, but I'm not actually 100% sure on that, so don't rely on me saying that if you're allergic.“
“So I'm not actually reviewing this for the food. I like Jimmy John's in general and eat there about once every other month. On this occasion I walked in and had a question about the new warps they were selling. The blank stare of the cashier smack les me right in the face. This lady had no clue. Alas tho a voice in the back pipes up. This guy told me about them, what he thought of them, and even answered my questions. At the end of the day I got the jalapeño and didn't like it but I wanted to give this guy a shout out. Maybe he need to be on the register. I know I don't know the specifics of the situation but out of at least 6 people standing around he was the only one who stepped up to help me out. It's be a real shame if the shift lead or store manager was in the bunch. You go Mason!“
“We were in town when there was a huge basketball game going on, so a lot of the local places around downtown were incredibly busy. Jimmy John’s was open and did not have a line, so we decided to eat here. I got the #9 - Italian Night Club with a side of homestyle potato salad. The sandwich itself was really good. The potato salad was very sweet-tasting, which was not my favorite, but I ate it anyway. The people working were super nice! A few people in our group had not been to a Jimmy John’s before, so they helped us find the closest thing from Subway that we’d like. Also, the music they played was awesome. They played some Paramore and My Chemical Romance, which are some of my favorite bands.“
“Ordered drive thru. Skeptical given previous reviews and I did have to repeat myself a few times while the worker was taking my order to make sure it was correct. However it came out 100% right and exactly what I ordered. Not sure about ordering on the app or delivery service but drive thru service was great, no complaints.“

“After having my past to carry out orders prepared incorrectly today, Alexa made my food exactly the way I wanted it previously I asked for extra tuna. There wasn’t even a normal amount of tuna on there. She did a fantastic job and was very very nice. That’s why I gave her a writing because she did exactly what everyone should do. They should look up to her and prepare food the way she does. I was extremely pleased with my purchase when I got home. Thank you Alexa.“

“I order from here all the time. Today was the first and only time they messed p my order, and it was genuine mistake. I called to let them know, which i typically don't and they immediately credited my account for another meal since they were closing soon. I love this store, they're always so nice and I wish i asked the name of the driver and guy on the phone because I wanna compliment them personally.Hope they see this! :)“
“Food was great. I recommend the chicken bacon ranch. Service was good. I could of just left with my food and not paid because they didn't notice. But with that said, they seemed to be training a new cashier so I made it a point to let them know & of course pay. And the typical fast food “
