I just went through the drive through ordered 2 Big Macs, 2large fries, chicken snuggest and two hot fudge sundaes. Call me crazy but I thought hot fudge sundaes were supposed to include hot fudge.?well the two I received had zero hot fudge . Everything else was correct though.

You would think with all the people they have working they could get your order right.I use my mobile app at different McDonald's and this is the only one that the two times I've used it at the one in Tates Creek they claimed not to have gotten it.I had to show them not only the receipt but that I got charged from my bank. My husband went to pick up our order. We had not done a pickup order there before. When he got there, he did not have his code. The manager was extremely rude., She rolled her eyes at him and huffed and puffed. In the process of trying to get the code from me. When I called a few minutes ago to get her name she would not give it to me and hung up on me. Something needs to be done about the rudeness of the employees there.
