“Went before the lunch rush, quiet atmosphere and clean! The quality of food has definitely fluctuated over the years, but For fast dining the customer service was great. I had Shanicque take my order and bring my food with a smile on her face!“
“I'm not sure what that Mike guy is on about, this place is by far one of the best local joints around Lexington. For the price you pay, you get way more than your money's worth. The pizza is phenomenal, alongside being able to try other pizzas at the bar. The pasta is what you expect at a buffet, and the service was decent enough. My only suggestion is to ensure that you put on your menus what is exactly included in your buffet. Meaning, let your customers know what pizzas and desserts they can order! This is my second time here, and it will not be my last.“
“Expect a bit of a wait, even on a weekday. The inside is absolutely gorgeous. Obviously, we HAD to order the breadstick, right? Whatever you imagine it to be... it's even more delicious. The bread is even softer and more warm, the butter is perfection, and when you drop a little of the parm in there? Amazing. We did get a pizza and a pasta, but I indulged so hard in the bread that I didn't even eat the pasta until we got home. The side salad was yummy, and the ranch dressing was all the good parts of a house ranch. The pasta traveled well. So well, we were able to put it in a lunchbox with ice and take it home to California with us.The staff were all so polite and apologetic for the wait. Other staff stopped by our table and conversed with us (we were close to the beverage refill area) and were super kind.We will definitely be returning on our next trip.“
“Brandy and Jon were the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Especially at this time of night. Jon gave me a welcomingatmosphere, while Brady Cooked the pizza I think my lips have ever touch. I will be coming back to see my favorite pizza crew of all time:“
“The Italian is the best pizza in the menu by far! The wings and garlic cheese bread are also amazing. Great place for a date night or game night. It’s located in the old Lexington train station building which is really cool! ( you can see the old tracks in the hallways if you venture in the rest of the building)“
“Interesting and unusual spot - definitely a hidden gem - without the web, I think you would have to live in the neighborhood to even know of PieTana... we went for dinner before a show at Comedy Off Broadway - good thing we got there 2.5 hours before showtime - as this place is very small, was crowded - and service was very casual.. still though - everyone was friendly - more like going to a neighborhood party than dinner at a restaurant - which was nice.. some kind folks there for a group party even provided us with some of their drinks to join in a toast together. We had the Brussels sprouts and roasted potatoes app. - tasty - the taters were the best part - Sprouts needed a little longer to be fully done..We each had a signature pizza for a main - me - the Beer Cheese, and my son - the Vinnie - both were great! Not cheap here - but the pizzas were wonderful, and we really liked the chill neighborhood hang out vibe - definitely would go back - definitely recommended.“
“Extensive bourbon and whiskey lists, delicious cocktails, and tasty food makes this place a must visit. Recommend trying the bread sticks, meatballs, bourbon glazed salmon, and any of the burgers. The only regret was not trying their pizza!Parking: Large parking lotWheelchair accessibility: Ramp access available“
“The staff is very friendly and good natured. There are so many options of pizza's and toppings, so its very easy to find something you like. The restaurant itself is also super cute, with pizza puns and jokes everywhere. I always stop here when I come to the mall, best food joint there.“
“One of our regular spots in Lexington! Pizzas are great stone-fired right in front of you, topping selection is great, and they do it right for dine-in or takeout. Salads and cheese bread are delish! Outdoor area next door is lovely in the summer as well.“
“excellent food. one of the best pizzas we've had in Kentucky hands down. freshly made, super quick and always delicious. staff are amazing with kids and friendly and entire place is super clean and relaxed and comfortable. highly recommend“
“This place is a very cool atmosphere! Tons of TVs especially for basketball games! The place has great deals on pizzas and beers throughout the week! The service was great and appreciate them for all their recommendations. The food did not disappoint! The buffalo chicken is sooo good! Even though I do miss Mellow Mushroom being in this place prior I have to give it to Damiano's. I will be back soon!“
“Tried Rise Up for Lexington pizza week and was not disappointed! we got the vegetarian 'Pickle That' special. The sourdough crust was divine, the ratio of toppings was perfect, and the smoked chili powder took the whole meal over the top. We will definitely return to this local gem!“
“We came to Saran Drive location and ordered a pepperoni pizza which came with breadsticks. BRri took our order and also brought our food to the table. She was courteous, asking if we had need of anything from time to time, and removed our dishes from the table. The food was delicious and service was excellent. Thank you, Bri, for taking care of us.Vegetarian options: They have the option to remove unwanted toppings and add others preferred making tailoring them to your needs as much as they can.Dietary restrictions: Theu can remove items that are off diet and adding in things you can have...meeting your needs as close as possible.Kid-friendliness: Yes, I would say they are kid friendly...I observed children eating there and they seemed very much to enjoy their food and the option to color a sheet for their message board.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there is ample room at tables for wheelchair guests.“
“If you're in the mood for fresh-baked pizza crust plus gooey cheese and your choice of toppings, call Mancinos. MANY options aside from pizza include delicious grinders, nachos, salads, and also giant cookies/brownies all wrapped and ready to go. Dine in or carry-out... Either way, the staff is fast and friendly!“
“excellent food. one of the best pizzas we've had in Kentucky hands down. freshly made, super quick and always delicious. staff are amazing with kids and friendly and entire place is super clean and relaxed and comfortable. highly recommend“
“Food used to be way better, this time there was so much empty space on the sandwich where in The past chicken would be falling out.Service was practically slow, no refills, mixing tables up trying to drop off a check before we ever got food, then hard to get our check when we had ate. It still has potential but I won't be picking to go back anytime soon“
“Big fans of the garlic bread, and even the cheese pizza is a top favorite for our kids. We usually eat at the Richmond location, but also pleased with the Lexington location! My daughter requested it for her birthday when we went to Lexington. She wanted her friends to also experience the delicious garlic bread soaked in butter! Definitely a hip place that pleases all members in the family! Always has the best taste, warm and quick service with plenty of options! You won’t be disappointed!“
“We had a wonderful meal at Sutton's! We stopped for an early dinner based on the online reviews and the fact that it's a family-owned restaurant.Wendy was our server and she was great! She was very friendly and helpful, and she was not fazed by my special dietary needs. Also, the owner came over to talk with us and was friendly and pleased to hear we were thrilled with our food, which was all delicious and fresh.“
“First experience was from the location in Richmond. Buffalo Chicken pizza was delicious. Good pizza for the price. The chocolate chip cookie is the best. My 2nd experience was from the Lexington location. My order "The Meats" pizza & bread sticks was placed on a weekday as soon as they opened & I was up against a very large order. Wasn't bad but wasn't great. I'll order again.“
“Went to watch an LSU women's game. The bartender had it on but was nice enough to change the TV across from me to the game. I got Korean BBQ on the shrimp. Good portions and the sauce is great! The white chicken pizza was a little over done from one's I've had in the past at Louisville locations but still good flavor. Asked for Ranch and didn't have to wait long. There were not many people in the bar area and it was pretty chill.“
“My husband and I have Covid we wanted something for the next few days a salad for me and it something I was allergic to!They were kind enough to fix the issue.I applaud there customer serviceDietary restrictions: I'm allergic to cheese they fixed the problem and brought to me.“
“Food was very good. Service lacks warmth. They were busy. I can understand that. But it took several minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me waiting at host stand. I was a solo party, and they immediately tried to sit me at bar. When I said I wanted a table, they acted like everything was reserved despite there being tables without reserved signs. I get you don’t make as much money with a solo at a 2 seater but not everyone wants to sit shoulder to shoulder at a bar. They treated me like I was an imposition. Maybe I am? Who knows. Iffy on whether I’d return, which is disappointing because it’s a cool place.“
“A fast food Italian restaurant with drive thru and all. I thought we were going to a true restaurant. They had plenty of parking. Pulled in to park and saw a drive thru, thought that was weird but ok. Walked in and we had to order at the counter. Think Long John Silvers style ordering. We sat with our tabletop number and waiting on the food. There was plenty of seating (only 3 other tables were used). The service was iffy at this point. Left us standing around waiting to order. When ordering the lady was very impatient and did more talking than listening. We've never been here before we had questions. There is a self service kiosk to order if you know what your doing and don't want to wait. The food came out the guy had to go back after forgetting the breadsticks (that come with the meals). My wife and daughter got the spaghetti and I got a sub. Honestly, it tasted better than I expected. Amazing, no....but not fast food quality. For the price the quality is pretty good. Service, although below average, still better than a typical fast food locations service.Kid-friendliness: Typical fast food style eating. Very kid friendly!“
“On 3/15/24, my husband and I had a delightful date night at this new pizza spot. Despite sparse parking near the campus, we lucked out during spring break. We sampled a beer flight and savored the old world-style “drunken mushroom” pizza, along with a Caesar salad and hot honey chicken wings. The food was served promptly and deliciously. The casual ambiance of the spacious interior, coupled with immediate service due to the few customers present, added to our enjoyment. The house-made dressings elevated the flavors significantly. We’d easily rate it 10/10 and would return, though we wish they offered cauliflower or gluten-free options. Their pizza-by-the-slice option is perfect for those not looking to commit to a whole pie. There is also a shared restaurant inside that serves late night food options, but it was closed due to spring break. Regardless, it is definitely worth checking this place out.“
“MOD is and has been my favorite pizza place for years! Started going there when they opened up in Michigan and now moved here and get to keep enjoying it here and I'm so grateful! They have the best Gluten free crust and Vegan cheese pizza. Hands down my most highly recommended pizza place for Gluten free goers. You won't regret it!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, Vegan, Dairy free“
“I travel the country for work and must say this is the biggest and hippest Mod Pizza I've visited. It was an all dude crew working when I visited for lunch. Great vibe and friendly peeps working. The food was awesome, but they forgot the green peppers on my pie. Definitely go here.Kid-friendliness: Big place for those rowdy kids to run around.Wheelchair accessibility: Really accessible with handicap parking at the door.“
“I bought a 22-in Goodfella with extra pepperonis light sauce. Well done.It Was ? ? It was so worth the money. It was fresh out of the oven. It was still piping hot when I got to Georgetown which is about 20 mins outside of Lexington. Well done gentleman!!“
“Delicious pizza with a lot of great selections. I usually order them while at Mirror Twin Brewery. The ordering system is great. You can either go up to the counter and order or order directly from the table with the QR code and punch in your table number. I've tried the potato chorizo and prosciutto speciale and both have been excellent, and the crust was nice and thin. if you are in the mood for pizza and beer, Rolling Oven and Mirror Twin are definitely a good choice.“
“My Wife and Me normally get the Deep Dish Pizza It's Always Awesome, This Time we decided to switch up and get the New York style it was Horrible overcooked hard as a Brick, you could fly it like a frisbee $27.00 for Nothing, Management here is the worst I've ever seen they do not even get back with you about your Issue this place is a pure S*** Hole !!!!!!!!!!!!! The Good Thing About Lexington You Have All Kinds of Options for Pizza. 0 STARS !!!!!!!!!!“
“I got the lasagna and a slice of Cheese Factory cheesecake. the lasagna was delicious and so large that I had to take the cake home for later; it was also delicious. I was happy to find Starry on the refreshment bar. the cashier we spoke with was very friendly and very helpful, even sparking good memories of when I worked at the Richmond store in 1995. this is an awesome place. highly recommend.Dietary restrictions: my husband ordered the shells and shrimp. I mentioned I'm allergic, and the cashier let us know I can always order the dish without the shrimp.“
“Ordered Malibu Barbie Pizza, added pepperoni. Very delicious cooked just like it was in the picture. Delivery was told 45 minutes it was delivered in 20 minutes, to my hotel lobby. Driver was polite. Price is well worth it, vs the corporate chains.Vegetarian options: I noticed vegetarian pizza in menu, did not order.“
“I’ve been a customer to this location even before they switched to the Giovanni’s brand . The people who run this location has been awesome to my family and I for so many years now which is why we continue to go back . They’re respectful , courteous, and always make sure our food is top notch . Customer for life“
“I work next door and this pizza is so good. The owner is great. Some of the best pizza in town. That lunch special is perfect and this pizza is the best cheese all time. I would drive all the way from wilmore to get this on my day off. Highly recommend.“
“My fiancee and I had a bad service with an old driver. Not only did we get a refund but the assistant manager called and gave her personal number to us incase we were to ever have problems in the future. Really shows they care about their customers!“
“This place is the best old time dive joint!! The pizzas are AWESOME and are served super quick and piping hot!! Highly recommend the king pepperoni for a whole lotta pepperoni!! I understand that the restaurant is not posh and looks like it's straight outta the 70s but that's the best part of the aesthetic! Definitely coming back!“
“This is my favorite place for pizza. It's great, so many options, and it's always made fresh hot and fast service is fast and I could eat it everyday. It's high on the price but we'll worth it. Yummy I'd love some tonight“
“I mostly just do pickup. The quality is back & forth. I like their daily specials, but I never know the quality from visit to visit. Last time I went the pizza was excellent, but last night the pizza was dry and cardboardParking: Always a spot out front“
“I would like to say that there is a certain server who keeps me coming back. Idk whether it's spelt "Christy" or "Kristy" in her case, but she is a very sweet waitress and is always brightening my visits. She gives me better customer service than not only anybody who's ever waited on me at Puccini's, but better than anybody who's ever waited on me anywhere I have been out to eat. I totally recommend you go there and support her as someone who can give the same type of service to you.“
“I have went to another donatos Pizza last week and for some reason the pizza wasn't good and decided to come over here to this one because I don't like sauce on my pizza and ISABEL was so informing to know about the menu and was very patiently to me she told me that she had only been doing this for 2 weeks and I thought that she was doing great. I would like to say that I had to get two pizzas made and they was really great because the taste of the dough is different than what I had before they was very patient and understanding with me and I was able to just order a salad but I would recommend this donatos the customer service is great the cleanliness of the restaurant is good Dave was so nice and has been busy the whole entire time that I've been here due to UK football game everyone has worked with a smile on their face if only everyone in customer service would be like the people here“
“I've tried salads at various pizza places, but Jet's has hands down the BEST salad! It is made fresh (nothing pre-made), crispy, and delicious! Of course, their 4-corner pizzas are also made fresh and hits the spot. Try one of their salads with your pizza!“
“We had a great experience. We frequent another Donatos but due to circumstances we were in the area. True to Donotos brand it was delicious. The service was very friendly and the manager did come to the table to ask how we were doing. No complaints.“
“I've never had a pizza from Puccini's and said to myself "man, I wish I didn't have that pizza." Thank you for putting up with a room full of hungry triathletes from the Bluegrass Triathlon Club before this weekend's Susan Bradley Cox Tri For Sight!!“
“In a world where economic turmoil reigns supreme, Blaze Pizza remains a safe-haven for those in search of an affordable night out. Watching a Gen Z’r such as the one in the attached video craft hand-tossed dough and assemble pizza reminds me that not all young people are lazy. The cheerful attitudes, assortment of diverse toppings, and reasonable pricing make Blaze Pizza a true Pizza Paradise!“
“Friendly service. My kiddo had a blast. So much to do and I love that there is a sports room and a kids movie room while they eat. The food was bland and not good. I would go again just for the convenience of the dining and fun play arcade thing. Probably stick to just a salad next time or not eat.“
“We had dinner with another couple. Front/bar was super noisy so we opted for a booth in the back in order to have a conversation. Service was very good. Husband and I ordered the ravioli and the chicken Ceasar salad to share. All good but salad was very small for the price. I'm not a big eater but left feeling hungry even though we had chocolate torte for dessert.“
