Went to puccinini's last night. I got the pepperoni bread for an appetizer. It came off fast and was amazingly delicious. It came with 2 dipping sauces: the house made ranch and a marinara sauce. The ranch is so die for but I didn't like the marinara sauce because it had too many tomatoes chucks. For dinner I had the make your own calazone. I got pepperoni, ham, bacon and black olives. Not only was the calzone delicious but it was so big that I could only eat about half of it. As for my service it was so so, I really can't complain or recognize it as being exceptional. Overall it was a good dinner and I left stuffed.

The incredible staff here has quickly made this place one of my favorites. They honestly seem like they are having fun every time I go in to pick up food. I've asked for all kinds of substitutions and changes to dishes and they have never been anything other than super friendly about it. The pizza and pastas are delish but a big part of why I keep coming back is having a great interaction with the staff. Really happy to see their dining room back open now so I can try some dishes in person!

We ordered two pizzas to go: Margherita and Shrimp Santori. The Margherita was delicious as expected but the Shrimp Santori was AMAZING! We'd never had such a decadent pizza ... it was like a creamy shrimp dinner served pizza style. Will have to order another in a few days before we leave town.

Y'all... I was headed to my doctors appt in Lexington and my husband asked where I wanted I eat. I pulled out my handy dandy Yelp app for a quick search of restaurants nearby and found this gem. I almost had second thoughts as we pulled into the parking lot of the strip mall- walked in and the place is empty and kind of dank. Not dirty by any means but not what I was expecting from the good reviews. We decide to give it a go anyway. I played it safe and went for menu items and chef recommendations. We started with the scamorza but added some sun dried tomatoes (thanks to a fellow elite suggestion) it was wonderful. We had the blue cheese wedge salad, and a garden salad with house Italian and both were great. That house Italian is some of the best I've tasted! We shared two entrees. We chose the rosemary cream chicken which was scrumptious and the chicken bada bing calzone. The food was so so good! Don't be afraid to try it out. We loved it. Will def come back!

The food is fabulous!!! I mean really really great pizza and fresh crispy salads! The atmosphere is toned down and casual. The service is friendly and fast. If I had one complaint, it’s that I wish they had a larger wine selection and a list that I could look at.
It's Valentine's day and we drove from Louisville to eat at Puccini's. We put our names in at 1:25pm and were told no tables are available and it would be a 15 minute wait at most. The man who greeted us was very nice and took our number and said he would call. Still waiting at 1:48 I decided to call and was told that a lot of people just left but we'll no longer be taking tables at this time. I wouldn't be upset if they had turned us away initially but they said they would have a table for us. Really bummed.

I had a wonderful delivery experience on a freezing cold day with lots of virtual meetings. Fast service, everything was accurate, food was warm and delicious. I will definitely be back to this location and look forward to going in person!

So, in times of a pandemic its hit or miss when going out to eat. Its hard to tell who's open for in person dining and who is take out only. While I won't get into alot of the divide on this subject, sometimes I need something quick before my destination and I do not like eating in my car. I won't lie, I been sleeping on Puccinis! But it was a perfect go to spot while in betwren work and my evening plans.. They make their salad dressings in house and Italian is my favorite and theirs is PERFECT! while we were the only ones dining in on a random weekday, they had so many carry out orders but they were still very attentive to us as we dined in. The calzone was so good yall... I literally danced the whole time I was eating while my son just sat there "embarrassed" oh well, this is what you get sir... I didn't get a shot of his pizza cause the eatabiters went in before I got the snap...

These guys made a nice carry out order for me. The pizza, the stromboli, and the pesto linguine were quite tasty. I just wish that their pizza dough was not quite so sweet. It is obvious they are making an effort to serve good food!
