ordering online for delivery or pickup is useless. This store never has it orders completed on time for pickup. I have waited 15 minutes for them to make my order after ordering onlin.

The African American girl cusing out the grill cook; over her “ African American girl, and her boyfriend fight was very disgusting and made my whole meal turn discussed and the throwing of the chicken bucket by the young man was uncalled for as well ugh. Please hire people worth having and please hire people for your night shift as well closing last week at 4:30 was not great for me or my family either hope y’all get it together please and thank you.

the steaks were burnt and black, chips were very oily and stale, seemed like they fried stale chips. i got 2 chips and queso, two bowls and a burrito. one bowl wasn’t even filled half way. biting into the steak hurt our teeth. very disappointed, definitely go to the qdoba in palomar.

I like Qdoba but at this location, I am usually met with unfriendly, improperly trained staff, and a dirty workspace. Just watching my food being assembled, I wonder if I am going to end up being sick later.

Horrible service. Paid for large drinks. Had to ask for cups and received small cups. Early lunch time and they ran out of grilled peppers and onions. Should have gone down the road to Mi Picaconas. Would have gotten more food and better service for same money. Will never go back!

First I was greeted with “what you want”, eight there something told me I should just walk out. Ordered a quesadilla, she looked around for The metal tray that they cook it on. She found it laying underneath a bunch of receipts after taking the receipts off she proceeded to put my tortilla on a dirty tray. I question this and she said what do you want me to wipe it off? Second reason I should have walked out. Disgruntle i was given my food. Upon eating the chicken was hard. The nacho cheese was ready. And the restaurant was dirty. All around a failure. Never again

Food was ok, but employee didn't know how to make 3 cheese nachos, every table in the resturaunts was dirty, coke machine was out of several drinks (coke and sprite) the counter where you get napkins and straws was dirty and not stocked well. Also, the bathroom was very dirty.

It's been months now, and I am still pulling up during normal business hours to find a handwritten sign in the door saying they are closed. This is ruined too many lunch breaks now. I will be uninstalling the app and I will not be visiting this location again. Disappointing, this used to be one of my favorite places to go for lunch.

I would give 0 stars if possible! I had a $321.00 catering order that Q'doba was supposed to deliver at 11:30. I called at 11:35 and Gina lazily told me she couldn't deliver it. No apology, no concern. I drove to pick it up and the doors were locked. When she finally answered I lugged the food to my car and she said she did not have the tea ready. Why??? I got the food to the office only to find out they did not put the chips or tortillas I'm the order. Had to back again, and she lazily gave me a bag half filled with chips. One employee named Kenisha helped me when I went back the 2nd time. They should make her the manager. She was sweet and professional. Gina clearly does not want to work and she is a disgrace. I will never cater with q'doba again

Great food and reasonable prices. The staff could be nicer. Also, they still have no condiments or utensils/accessories on the table where they used to be. It’s time to get that back.

The white rice was at the bottom of the container the server used it anyway and it was pretty dry and crunchy.

4:10pm on a Wednesday and a hand written sign on the door that says "Sorry Closed" No one answers the phone to say why or if/when they will open back up either. I also had just called them 45 minutes earlier to make sure they weren't doing digital orders only because the one on Richmond Road was. The woman that answered then told me that they were doing dine in & carry out. Drove here & now they are closed. I get things happen but a little better explanation on the sign or an answer of a phone wld have been great to let customers know when they will open back up.
