Ordered surf and turf, ordered the stake well with extra butter on the potato. The steak was rare at best. The potato had no extra butter, which I never did get. I gave up on it because the potatoe and lobster were all I had to eat after sending the steak back 3 separate times. I don't know what professional cook or manager you hire at this establishment that thinks that it's okay to cook a steak three separate times, That is a piece of meat having come to rest, then cut open to leak the juices 3 times, then being recooked 3 separate times, needless to say I got a charred piece of leather. My son got surf and turf as well. His steak was cooked correctly, his coleslaw of course didn't have to be cooked, thank goodness. His loaded baked potato had maybe a dime size blob of butter, a dime size blob of sour cream and a slight sprinkling of bacon. That's not a loaded baked potato. The potato was dry even after being mixed together. He left half of it behind. The waitress was polite but inattentive, and I guess assumed the tip wouldn't be good due to the food, which wouldn't have been the case at all (she's not the cook), but it wasn't good considering she was never seen again, no drink refill for him, no boxes, or bags. To go boxes, ticket, and bag all from someone else.

Our waiter ruined our entire dining experience tonight. We started by ordering water and was given a disapproval of a look by the waiter. Then we received cold bread and ignored for about 15 minutes and finally got our order placed. The only bright side was a whimsical waiter with bright blonde hair who was an absolute delight who served us our food, we wished he had been our original waiter to begin with.Our waiter finally returned probably 30 minutes later and became openly upset by the fact we had two gift cards on our phone to use, and that's when the attitude came out from our waiter... We knew it would be a hassle having to use the gift card on the phone, so we planned on giving him a hearty tip since he had to deal with a party of 6. But he lost it when the attitude came out.We won't be returning...

Just saw an ad on TV for Red Lobster’s lobster fest. The ad showed beautiful lobster tails with mounds of meat spilling out over the shell. When we were there for a birthday celebration on 1/07/24 we both ordered the lobster/shrimp combination. The tails liberally had three small bites of lobster meat. The meal withTwo mixed drinks was $150 plus a tip. Certainly wish we had gone to Bonefish. Meal was far from worth the cost.

Food Poisoning. Literally started throwing up 10 minutes after leaving.
We went 1/19/24 and had the worst service I have ever received at Red Lobster. Waiter would not let me enter phone number for rewards and could not get receipt to accept email. Spent over 100$ and do not plan on going back to this location. Waited 10 minutes before waiter acknowledged us. Started order and then stopped to do something for a different table.
