First off I love the pizza here!! But I went to the Fayette mall location on Sunday 3/3 around 2:00.. I finished and everything was delicious. I go to use the women’s restroom, it’s occupied. I wait and 3 young males that work there came out. I said to them that’s weird guys. I didn’t hear the toilet being flushed or hand sink on, they have no cleaning supplies and the restroom had not just been cleaned…. I couldn’t make out what one of them said to me after I told them that’s weird guys. But huh???? What’s going on in there??

The service was very good. The person behind the counter explained they changed from Blackened Chicken to Grill Chicken and she didn't think it tasted as good. I still ordered the Chicken Sandwich but she was right. It was also quite dry & chewy. I had to ask for more Balsamic Dressing to make the sandwich more moist. It was ok but I wouldn't ever crave this like I did the other. I also ordered the small Americano Pepperoni Pizza and it needed more everything. Cheese, sauce, pepperoni. It was also just ok. I think next time I will stick to their salads.

Excellent customer service!I ordered lunch special and I chose white bean soup. I do not eat meat and I found out that the soup has ham in it. I asked if I can change to salad instead and they change it for me immediately. I know that I should ask them first and part of my fault. I like this location. Will be back

The pizza shrunk - substantially!They offered me a special (a twist on the everyday special) and some sauces and NEGLECTED TO MENTION that each of those offerings came with an upcharge. Just be upfront, please.

This might be the best pizza I’ve ever had. The breading is exquisite. You can tell they make their dough or otherwise have an amazing recipe b/c the bread on the pizza was the best part.Parking: Plenty of spaces. It’s in a shopping mall so there is no shortage of places to park.
