The parking and drive thru flow of this Starbucks is a nightmare, but the staff at this location is always the best! So nice and get the usually busy lines served quickly

Out all the Starbucks in Lex, this one’s 9/10 the best. Drinks are made very well by the workers and they are nice a lot of the time. All the others I’ve been too just suck. Especially the ones in targets. Stay away from

This staff is pretty nice. My drinks are typically accurate but they are SO SLOW. Not a single sense of urgency, ever. Waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru is crazy
this is place is disgusting the staff was so rude and called out monkey instead of my name and my drink smelled like rotten milk and tasted so much worse and had hair in it?? I’m so disappointed and disgusted don’t go here

Unfortunately, this is THE worst kept up Starbucks I've been been to-- around the world.In the 90's and early 2000's, I was a barista back in NYC by Washington Sq Park (off of 8th Avenue), and I KNOW what the procedures for morning breakfast are, I know how the bar needs to be kept clean, I know how the counters, dining area and floors need to be kept clean. I'm sure that since the time I was a Starbucks barista, procedures have improved. This particular store has not followed protocol.**It is apparent that there is no one over the manager of this store and that the manager of this store isn't over anyone here.I walked in to place my usual order at 8:15am. The breakfast pastries were still on the crate and still in the plastics. The fridge was completely empty. The napkins weren't refilled. I had to go and ask a barista walking in from a break for napkins and to please wet a few for me to wipe down the table my husband and I were planning to sit down at.The counters were awfully dirty. Water and milk spilled all over the bar counter. In the dining area, the dust was piled up thick on the ledges, on the floor. It is an awful hot mess in here.I'm actually afraid of going into the bathroom because of the food area looks like this, the bathroom is sure to be worse.Also, please explain to me why a barista is counting tip money out in the dining area and not in the back???This is Starbucks store #10374 at 2700 Wilhite Dr in Lexington, KY. Someone please come and clean up shop.
