i went through the drive thru around 11:30 on 7/19 - the brsg oat shaken espresso was perfect!! we also got a pup cup and the girl working the window put little stickers on the cups and it was so cute! i always have a good experience at the summit starbucks :)
I recognize this is a busy location. I still don't understand why the past few times the wait and service continue to be an issue. For context, I am ordering a tea or hot coffee listed on their menu board, without any customizations. The first time I walked inside to order and was told the wait was 30-40 minutes. I couldn't stay but it looked like a team was there after a game, so the wait was understandable. The second time, I placed a mobile order but needed to go thru the drive-thru....read full review
