my husband and I came in after a very difficult day... and our server was Liz. She was so amazing. We are both very particular people who know exactly what they want and she met us with integrity, transparency, and a really positive attitude. The food was exactly what we wanted! Perfectly grilled steak and Liz held the Texas Roadhouse standard that we know and love. Anytime we're on this side of town, we will be back!
Get the rib basket from the starters menu... Excellent and very affordable... Loved the free soda water with lemons and limes

We had a reservation and it took 35 mins for them to sit us and then when we sat down before we even ordered our server told us we weren’t allowed to order alcohol beverages before we even ordered anything just assumed and when we asked why they stated because “we have red irritated eyes” and honestly we didn’t even know what that meant we were singled out and it was upsetting they told half of our table they could and then denied the other half it was very shameful knowing that we were singled out and assumed we were drug addicts.

We went for Lunch on a Friday Afternoon, it was busy for the time of day, but our party of 2 was seated immediately. Our server was friendly and accommodating, but the actual service of food was ALL over the place. They forgot to bring the Appetizer Combo out, so after about 30 minutes she asked if we still hadn't received it, and it came out about 15 minutes later with our Entrees...along with the basket of Rolls we had been waiting on. They forget her Loaded Fries with the Burger, forgot my Portobello Mushroom Sauce with My Filet Medallions, forgot my Loaded Sweet Potato. They brought the Potato, but all it had was Marshmellows on it, so I had to wait on the Caramel Topping. They brought her Loaded Fries after that. My topping finally arrived after I had finished the rest of my meal. The meal itself was decent. Her Burger had no seasoning and was not cooked to proper temp, while my Medallions were slightly undercooked. Not the best experience from them. It was $66 before tip. $1 upcharge for Mac&Cheese(don't recommend), $1.99 upcharge for Loaded Sweet Potato. Rattlesnake Bites were the highlight of the meal.

I bought the sirloin family platter and added ribs for 10 dollars. I got home and realized the ribs weren’t in the bag, I tried calling the resteraunt to let them know, and after 4 times going through the automated system and getting nowhere, I gave up and posted this. The ribs were for my wife, and now I have a hungry wife. Thank you Texas Roadhouse.
