“1st to get into this store you have to risk your life dodging cars in the double drive through, yikes! Service is always fast and friendly. Food was really tasty as always, I literally crave Chick-fil-A, I feel my sandwich should have been hotter since we were seated and food brought to us. We had to clean the table we chose to sit, very dirty. Table marker they gave us to wait for our food needed a good cleaning also.“
“I have to shoutout and thank Priscilla who helped me walk out my toddler who was very emotional because we had to leave. She calmed my baby down, gave her some mints and carried out my food for me to my car. She even waited until I got my daughter settled in the car before handing me our food. She’s a blessing :-). Thank you Priscilla.“
“I've been going here since I started working at the mall and they have always been nothing but kind!! The workers are always very friendly and very easy to talk to, and very understanding whenever it takes my phone a while to pull up the app or I make a mistake. One of the girls even knows my name and it's always nice when she greets me when she takes my order. Another girl with curly blonde hair is amazing as well! She's so sweet and I can start up conversation with her really easy! They've never messed up my order, which is surprising because with how busy it can get, it can be easy to make mistakes. Overall just a wonderfully run establishment and, for being in the middle of a food court, is actually very nice!!“
“Every time I go by here there's a line. You would think that the place was going to close down permanently tomorrow and everyone wants to stock up. But if you want to know what's really crazy go inside. The staff is working their tail feathers off and they're SMILING. It seems like just being around this food makes people happy. I had the club sandwich and it was fantastic. I'm not really a fan of waffle fries though, sorry. So come in and enjoy what I've heard called "God's Chicken".“
“I am a hard of hearing person who wears hearing aids and just recently went into this location to begin orientation for employment with them. When I initially went into my interview with the manager Nick Smith, I immediately made it known that I have a hearing disability. Not only did he ask questions to help us figure out what could work and what wouldn’t, he also ordered me a sticker to show my disability on my name tag (which has never been done for me before) and him and the hospitality manager greatly accommodated me with clear face to face communication and captions during orientation, as well as making it known to the other team members. You wouldn’t think that this is a lot for them to do, but it meant so much to me. I’ve worked in various fast food jobs like Wendy’s and restaurants like BoomBozz, as well as an auto technician at Valvoline for a year, and these managers at this location were the VERY FIRST people to truly accommodate and support me as a person with profound and moderate hearing loss in my 4 years of customer service. They never made me feel separate from the room and did what they could to help me. I have always self advocated, but there’s also always been a drift in communication between me and my colleagues and I have hope for the managers I will be working for. These managers made it clear that Chick Fil A is a company that cares and I’m so excited to be finally working with people who will give me the safe space to express my obstacles and allow me the accommodations I need, especially when I didn’t have to ask for them. Praise and thanks to the managers in charge of orientation today, you’ve showed that Chick Fil A is a company that supports the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community and you’ve showed me that there ARE employers that care. I am SO excited and grateful to be working with you!“
“I received phenomenal service from a young man named Max. He did all the little things to make my experience a very pleasant one. That being said he can't do everything and the food was subpar to put it kindly. I politely request that this location takes a long look in the mirror in the food department. Carry On!“
“The chicken nuggets are always satisfying. The wait time is never good, sometimes it is abysmal, however that shows the popularity of the brand. I have never eaten inside a store so I cannot comment on the atmosphere, yet all of the outside people have always been upbeat cheerful & “
“I'm a fan of Chick-fil-A ,but this one is not my favorite. I live extremely close to I this location so I visit it 5 times a week at minimum. The parking lot is difficult to get in and out of at times. They are always busy but handle that great with a smile and speedy service as expected!“
“Chick-fil-A is hands down my favorite fast-food spot! The service is always exceptional, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The food is consistently delicious, especially their signature chicken sandwich. The clean and welcoming environment makes every visit enjoyable. 5 stars without a doubt!“
“***IMPORTANT*** Google lists this location as opening @10:30 daily, but they are open for breakfast. I came to order food for myself and the nurses helping my wife @Norton but they didn’t have enough biscuits to complete my order. Manager said it’s because they’ve been throwing away breakfast product. PROBABLY BECAUSE EVERYONE THINKS THEY DON’T DO BREAKFAST! Manager did try to make it up to me by substituting some chicken minis and throwing in a couple hash browns. For the time being, I’d suggest getting here before 10 or you might risk them being out of breakfast items. ✌️“
“Excellent food. Excellent service. I have adopted the saying "My pleasure" because it's so kind to make people feel like you enjoy helping them. Thanks Chi-fil-A for being such an example of goodness not just in my city and state but in the world! ???“
“I visited with a coworker to order a carry out order for our office. As usual staff were all very friendly, made great suggestions for our order, made no complaints about a large order at lunch time and got the entire order exactly correct!! Unheard of in this day and age.“
