The food was good but very pricey. Online it said they closed at 11:00 pm. It was nine and we felt everyone staring at us. One of us went to the counter and said what time do you close and the man very rudely said NOW! For what I paid on food they should have been nice enough to let us finish. I felt so rushed and stared at that I went and got a to go box and ate it on the way home.
Fast and friendly service with great food quality, nice portions and good prices ? I definitely recommend if you love seafood and frog ? legs,don't forget that bowl of turtle ? soup for later ? ?Parking: Plenty of parking in the lotKid-friendliness: Playground for kids and menuWheelchair accessibility: Mostly flat walkway

This was my first time visiting Mike Linnig's even though it's been a Louisville staple for 99 years. We visited during a weekday off hour (3pm) so as to avoid large crowds. The restaurant had a Captain's Quarters type atmosphere. Our server was wonderful, the food was delicious, and the portions very generous. The only minus for me was they didn't have their famous turtle soup and they were also out of the entree I ordered.
