I’m originally from Hawaii and we have some of the best ramen out there… it’s hard to find anything that compares. BUT. Ramen House is top 3 best ramen’s I’ve ever had. Authentic Japanese ramen. Broth, noodles, and toppings are perfectly cooked and have incredible flavor. Best edamame I’ve had for sure. Bulgogi buns are *chefs kiss*. Every time I come here, I am not disappointed. And I will keep coming back!! So glad there’s a place like this in Louisville.
This place deserves 10 stars!! The food is absolutely amazing! This was nothing like I've ever tasted before. There was a wait to get into this restaurant. However, the smaller the group, the less time you wait. We ordered appetizers, and I got the Spicy Miso Tonkotsu Ramen with Brisket. The bowl looks small, but it was so much food. The broth was so good that I took it home and just added more noodles to it for lunch the next day! Hands down the best Ramem restaurant in Louisville!
