I love Thai food and have been to many good Thai places across the country throughout my travels. I don't know how much I can speak to authenticity, but I know what my tongue and palette like . At Simply Thai, I got the chicken pineapple fried rice and chicken kaow soi, both spice level 3 (out of 5). I liked the pineapple fried rice. It was very good and came in a pineapple which was cool. The pineapple curry is to die for!!!!! I could eat it every single day!!! It's easy to make it vegan too! I get it with vegetables and spice level 3. One thing I will say is if you're ordering takeout on a Saturday night it will take all of 40 minutes for pickup.

So impressed with the place ! The service was impeccable. I decided to have the good old’ classic Pad Thai with veggies.The portion was rather generous and delicious!Definitely going back ! Highly recommend ?
