“The lady who took my order totally made my day! It was super early in the morning and she gave me tons of feel good compliments and that was an awesome way to jumpstart my day. I wish I remembered her name but whoever she is she is fantastic and put a smile on my face?“

“Definitely one of the busiest Starbucks I've been too. But they are fully staffed and pump out the coffee. If you order in house be prepared to wait, as most people order on the Starbucks app and pick up. So it's hard to where you stand in their que.“

“This location has been pretty consistently good with both my drink and food. There's only been a time or two that I had any issue and they either fixed it or it wasn't a big enough problem to say anything.I'll definitely keep coming back to this Starbucks.“

“I am a student who takes time almost every Wednesday morning to study in the cafe here. The service is immaculate--the baristas always greet me when I arrive, and several know my order now. The baristas are always smiling and seem happy to help, even though customer service is a difficult and often exhausting job. The music is great (they have jazz on while I'm writing this), the cafe is comfortable, and the atmosphere is friendly. The product quality is outstanding, and my order is always completed quickly. “I'm posting an amazing review on here because they went above and beyond for me. We went yesterday and got my daughter a bacon Gouda sandwich and me a coffee. We got to we're we were going and the sandwich had mold on the bun. I called and was told that we could come back either yesterday or today. So we went back today she remembered me from yesterday and went above what she had to and gave me my coffee for free. Thank you so much for your courtesy. It means more than you know.“

“Everything was 5 stars. I ordered the strawberry Frappuccino, and the hot apple cider for my mom. MY was soooo good and my mom said the same thing. I drank it in like 10 minutes because it was so good. The employees were very nice. And the atmosphere was great. No arguing or fighting. 100% would recommend.“

“Had a great experience here today! Customer service exceeded expectations. Matthew served us at the register and was so patient and knowledgeable with our questions. He greeted us with a smile and was so kind throughout our interaction, going the extra mile to watch for when we were ready with our order while he was cleaning. So thoughtful! The other workers, Savannah and Aiden (forgive me if there is a misspelling!) were also very kind, courteous, and were working heartily. Definitely one of the best service interactions at Starbucks. “The service was a bit slow for such a popular location. The coffee was very hot n fresh...because they has to make it fresh. And the woman honestly looked a bit aggravated that I said I'd wait for her to brew the fresh pot of one of their signature beans. The name escapes me at the moment but...when you are in customer service, such as her job entails...you will have those I.D.G.A.F days...n it's not something described to you when you do that kinda work. So if anything, expect those who serve you to have off days just like everyone else. It doesn't mean you have to give them your business. Have a good evening and God Bless.“

“This is actually my favorite Starbucks in Louisville. They have a very large area where you can sit and just relax, work on your laptop. They make really good Frapuccino’s which is my favorite drink. I will say I think they have a lot of new workers and when I ordered my Frappuccino with no whip cream, I also added an extra shot of espresso. The barista did not follow the directions that were clearly on the cup so if you do get a customized drink, make sure you check drink for corrections and that is what you ordered. She didn’t even apologize for not following the directions on my cup. My only request was no whip and a shot of espresso.“

“This staff is awesome and they work so hard. I sit in this cafe 1-3 times a week and they are exceptional. They remember details about my kids and I watch them do this with customers across hours.In a time when everyone is a critic and people feel entitled to dump their bad moods on customer service workers I’ve seen this crew take it in stride and endeavor to keep going. This location gets busy, no one is incorrect about that, and they still put smiles in their faces and keep running. I appreciate everyone in this store and appreciate how they treat me kindly. Thank you all for giving me a place to work that feels like a home away from home.Kid-friendliness: They have one high chair and the employees are very responsive to kids and pets. They give little cups of whipped cream and stickers out. I also watched the manager take waters out to customers dogs on the patio on a hot day and move the umbrellas to give more sun shade.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible tables and wide spaces between tables.“

“I'm giving 5 stars because I see the line every morning on my way to work. I never get to stop because I know I would be late but I do say a prayer for the staff every morning because I have never seen a Starbucks line that long and for it to be every morning at that. So I ask God to bless the staff and also that one day the heavens will open and I can actually stop for latte.“

“As of nearly 2024, this Starbucks is a fantastic location. I say that because I have been visiting since 2010 and the staff there now have nearly perfected all aspects of the process. If you mobile order, you can do it with confidence that your order will be ready and well-made, regardless of whether it is a hot drink, cold drink, or food item.The only thing I would recommend is avoiding the drive-through and parking lot in general as it can be a little cramped and difficult to navigate (at least for my tastes); you are much better off parking somewhere else in the area and going inside to place and/or collect your order.“

“I didn't get any food but the ppl I entered the establishment with had zero complaints abt the items the purchased to consume. Drinks made quickly in a stealthy environment where you have just a few mins to check your phone before your name is called. Then back to your daily grind with the much needed caffeine filled coffee or a slushy type of tropical drink to cool you down in hot downtown summers. Amazing staff!“

“I enjoy this location. They are always friendly and I usually get through pretty quickly.My only knit pick would be that I wish they'd fix the drive thru lane. There is a huge pot hole just after you pull away from the window. It's gotten pretty bad.“

An they made our drink right almost worth the drive for good service better price and good customer service. Our Starbucks is a three star. Service is much slower but worth the wait!“

“On a very early morning my local coffee shop wasn’t open but Starbucks was. Since there is only drive through due to the pandemic it was quick and easy. The coffee was hot and the service courteous. This is the one close to the UL football stadium that we usually go to after games. Well, not this year unfortunately.“

“My staff at work picked up a few muffins and coffee for the office this morning. I am not a huge Starbucks guy because I usually drink black coffee. However since they bought them I tried a few of the items and it was very flavorful and tasty. I hope they decide to get me more free things from here. But really it was quite good“

The seating area was mostly dirty, tables needing a good soapy wash, large number of dead bugs along the windowsills, but it's probably a shared cleaning area with Kroger. Either way, bugs and eating space don't go well together. There's a lot of opportunity in this space.“

“This location seemed to have corrected its problems. I have the Starbucks app and ordering online is available. Look for the “mobile ordering” banners right outside the store. I bypassed the line of 20 people by having the Starbucks app. Got my order if coffee and hot danish within 7 minutes of ordering. It appears from the regular line they were getting coffee out very efficiently in about 3-5 minutes for everyone. Very polite and even a little dancing to the music behind the counter.“
