Don't take the lower atmosphere rating fool you ... this is still a great place to visit. They're just more of a take out kind of place, with inside seating for about 8. In good weather, you can sit on the patio out back.The food is typically fantastic. I had a ham (country), egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on an English muffin today. So glad Midway Bakery is back open. They have wonderful scones and cookies. The sorghum cookie is a must. Stop for lunch for bagel or biscuit sandwiches. Our favorite is cream cheese, apple butter and country ham! There is always something for everyone. Also, they have a small outside patio or table inside to eat.

I came from Barcelona Spain to try their pastries,I liked the sweet ones I liked the salty ones with ham.Very different from the pastries we have in Europe.I will comeback again for sure
