Delicious calzone. The all meat calzone was properly cooked, the dough soft and chewy, just about the perfect amount of filling. Often times a calzone or stromboli is lacking in ingredients or in near gross quantities. Baldys did a great job. Great pizza. I've tried pizza from many places all across town and have been primarily disappointed. Then I tried Baldy's grill. The pizza was absolutely delicious. Great flavor perfect sauce to toppings ratio and light and airy crust. Definitely my go to from now on.
