I used the drive-through and the service was fast and efficient.It was a typical Wendy's. I didn't go inside so I don't have information on the inside cleanliness or service.The food came hot but the chicken sandwich was dry and overcooked. I got the spicy sandwich and today the spice was definitely strong.Kid-friendliness: They have the typical kids meal with the option for fruit instead of fries. I we at this Wendy's once every week or two for lunch. I occasionally stop here for breakfast. I only go thru the drive thru and I do not recall them ever messing up my order which is important to me.

Went through the drive thru and I didn't think I got my fries so I go in, but I made a mistake and did get them. The lady running expo (probably manager) was so huffy and irritated. Dang, I made the mistake but learn a little de-escalation with that disposition. I appreciate people working and I get smiles are a thing of three post but there's so reason to be so aggravated with a customer.
