We've eaten here several times and while the food is very good, the service is only fair, in large part because the wait time between ordering and being served is much longer than it should be. Last night we waited well over an hour, after being seated and placing our order. The young waiter apologized profusely two or three times, Unfortunately, this was not a isolated incident, as it is like this all the time. This was our first time eating at Mellow Mushroom and let me tell you I was not disappointed!! Food was amazing hands down best pizza I've ever had. Service was great, prices are great, and if you love beer they have a lot to choose from. Can't wait to dine here

They took 11 mins to notice us, but it's where my son wanted to go for our outing so I waited .. they sat us in the bar area though I asked not to be, they sat us beside a dirty table ... And when my son lost his ring in the booth the waitress wouldn't get us anyone to help figure out how to get it because the wooden part doesn't move but surely something could had been done it's a 400 dollar ring !!!I am still livid and no one's called me over it though I left my number.
