Everything I visit this place after 7 pm it's a mistake. Fries are always cold and soggy. Takes minutes for someone to acknowledge you at the window. Had to go inside as items were left out of my order, wasn't acknowledged by the front line worker for a minimum of 4 minutes as he was standing in front of me back to me knowing I was in there. Decent food in the daytime just avoid this place at night, they'll give you the coldest shoulder.
The employees are kind and helpful. The service is decently fast. Food is always hot and accurate. The building and parking lot are in horrible disrepair though. There are so many potholes and it desperately needs redone. The womens restroom sink is also missing a pipe so water just goes into a bucket.
