1st time eating at a Logans Restaurant and I loved it! Today was our Waitresses 1st day on the job and We were her 1st customers too as she informed us. I can't remember her name but she was incredible! She had a refill to the table before we needed 1 which was okay. Most waiters/ waitresses don't offer a refill anymore! She repeatedly checked on us. Food land service was excellent probably the best steak I've had in Richmond will definitely eat here again staff didn't seem to happy it didn't affect my visit but it would be nice to see some more cheerfulness. Mine and my girlfriend's food was exceptional and I will definitely come again.

Went with family for my sister in law's birthday dinner and everything was great. Our server, Campbell, was so wonderful. She took excellent care of all of us and checked back multiple times to make sure everyone was satisfied and if we needed anything else. Kudos to Logan's for hiring that courtesy young lady. We will definitely be back.
