The self-service terminals are supposed to make this easier for everyone. My terminal wouldn't let me add certain foods. When I wanted to pay by card my self-service terminal would not accept cards, so I said I would pay at the front registers. My terminal did not print out a ticket with an order number. Food was awful! Fries had been sitting so long that they was so nasty we couldn't eat them and the same goes for the chicken it was so hard you couldn't chew it! The guy who served us was rude and impatient and seemed irritated that we was there. Overall just a bad experience.

Staff is typically rude. Any time I’ve came past 11pm they say “the systems are down. We can’t take orders”. This has happened at least 4 times. Why be open 24 hours if “the systems are down” every day after normal hours.
