Ordered on the app. Order was completely wrong. I ordered another bowl of food, and because the 6 egg rolls were wrong I asked to make them fresh. They refused, so I asked for them to refund my money. The young lady thought I was being too picky so she called over her boss who gladly said he would make new ones. The cooks were too busy talking in the back room to bother to come out and cook the teriyaki chicken. Poor management. Could be why this location is always so slow. Sadly...read full review

I had previously left reviews for Panda Express in Alabama however I moved to Kentucky and this review involved the location in Richmond Kentucky. This restaurant is probably the absolute best Panda Express that I've ever ate at before. The restaurant was very clean the food was very hot and delicious and most importantly the employees that waited on me, Curtis and Kerry, we're also exceptional! If I could give this restaurant more stars I would. 10/10 I would come here again....read full review

Unfortunately I have to give this Panda a lower review. We didn't receive our fortune cookies which is always a good way to finish Chinese food. My husband had a hair in his dish. He took his plate up to the counter and they gave him a new plate, in a to-go container, and said here's your free meal. It wasn't free! It was to replace the food we bought that had an employees hair in it! Normally we don't have issues at Panda Express restaurants, but this time was not the case.
