My experience overall had been good besides the last 2 visits. This is not towards any of the staff other than the young lady managing tonight. This is the second time in the last week that they have been out of avocado which I understand can happen although not sure why every store I go to is stocked full of avocados... they may want to order more if they're running out that often. 3 stars because while the staff was polite, the manager approached us and told us our dogs weren't allowed. I quickly told him they are service animals, but that's not how that interaction is supposed to go. He can ask about their status, but just flat out approaching us like that to say dogs aren't allowed just seemed really unprofessional and unknowledgeable of ADA policy which he should know about as someone in a managerial position. My husband’s breakfast sandwich was cold, I asked for an artichoke spinach soufflé and got a bacon soufflé. Staff seemed annoyed when I asked for correct soufflé. Just semi tossed it on the serving counter without telling me it was there. Wouldn’t have known if it wasn’t for the plate hitting the counter so hard.
