“Visiting town on business. Never had Firehouse subs but heard good things so I walked in shortly before closing on a Monday not expecting too much and was handed one of the best subs I've ever had. Nice job, guys, keep up the good work! You made a fan out of me. Friendly service, too!“
“Despite our door dash driver taking their time, Penn Station killed it. I ordered a cheesesteak sandwich with sauteed onions and a small fry, and my s/o ordered a salad with extra ranch with chips and a drink. Everything came as ordered. My fries were still warm and tasty, and my sandwich was also still hot and juicy. I haven't eaten at Penn Station in a long time, but I will definitely be back for them delectable juicy cheesy moist sandwiches. Not all heros wear capes, but they wear aprons. ???“
“I had never ate there and was wanting to try it. Glad I did. They waited patiently for us to look over and decide what they had and my sandwich was so good. Loaded with meat. Great taste. Already made another trip back sooner than I had planned.“

“If you are looking for a great meal and wonderful customer service I HIGHLY recommend this subway. I was already having a horrible day and this subway turned it around. I had ordered from a different subway earlier in the evening and walked in with my receipt and started to order my food. They saw I had my receipt in my hand and politely said " If you'd like to give us the receipt , we can make your sandwiches for you." This kind gesture was greatly appreciated. “Oct 8I found a LONG curly hair in my salad dressing! I went up to the young lady in the front and told her about it and she was vet kind and apologized for the mix up and tried to send it back to the kitchen but there was no one back there! She had to go to the back and get it herself! I really appreciate her doing that but it was very frustrating she had to do because there was no kitchen staff! Other than the food was okay but I'm really grateful she helped me out!“
