The staff are extremely friendly and always there to answer questions. The store is always clean, never seen the bathroom dirty. The food is always fresh and delicious, never had a wrong order. I've never had a bad experience.
My brother told me about The Biggie Bag and what a great deal on a budget. I got a burger, fries, drink and nuggets. Good customer service and hot food. I won't be hungry tonight.

The cashiers charge you for things you didn't order that cist more, the food was cold and the cheese was not even melted. Both wendys in this town have really went down hill but with all the faults Keeneland is better than this location.
