Our waitress was new & been there about two months,she was very nice but our dishes were all left on my side of the table,I really didn't get to enjoy my coffee,I had to request more coffee and then I got a second cup,the other waitress tried to kick in and help after she saw our table was neglected but dishes stayed on my side until we left.I think the problem with our waitress was that her & the cook weren't working in the same accord and both were stressed out at each other...read full review
Me and my family come get breakfast from here every Christmas and they are always awesome. Food is always great and I don't think they've ever once messed up a to go order for our family of five people.

We love Waffle house. It is a kick your shoes off kinda atmosphere. All of the employees are so friendly, we love Hope, she is our waitress every time we come in. The food is always hot.There is nothing I can say bad, thumbs up to the cook also.Parking: Some days, it is hard to find a place to park, but that tells me how much people like it at Shepherdsville Waffle house.Kid-friendliness: Our kids are grown, so I can not really talk much about this subject.
