Our server, Jakaela was fantastic! They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The food was A-ma-zing! Well needed for the roadtrip home. Fantastic location. The place was full but we got a seat in less then 15 minutes and the food came out super quick. A+++++

Went here for dinner with my girlfriend.I picked one of the hand cut steaks from the cabinet and she ordered the herb crusted chicken.I ordered the steak medium rare,and it came out very very rare and cool in the center.Worse than this though is the fact that my girlfriends chicken was served with a corner of it completely raw! There must have been a section of the breast not on the grill.The waitress offered to have our meals recooked,but by that point our confidence in the kitchen and appetites were lost.Hilariously enough the manager made me pay for half the meal.I won't be back at this location, the food poisoning scare was one thing,but having to pay for my potential dose of poisoning was another.

Yesterday I went to Texas Roadhouse which is one of my favorite restaurants of all time I absolutely love coming here because I love the environment and the customer service is great it is top tier. I absolutely love the waitresses and their service is amazing as well they are nice and always smiling and quick to get everything that you need. The food is great my favorite food here is the sirloin steak and the side of corn on the cob and I love the rolls with the cinnamon butter I could eat a thousand of those they're amazing. The only problem I seem to have with this location is the parking was absolutely outrageous it was hard to find a spot because of all the different angles of parking there every time we seem to try to park in One direction another car was trying to back out and almost backed into us and everyone was walking in the way not even giving a care in the world. and then of course the bathrooms were a disaster at the end of the night I'm sure it's just because they had a long night serving tables and needing an extra hand to get to the bathrooms I was going to try to pick it up myself but I was also in a hurry and needed to use the restroom but I couldn't because there was stuff everywhere toilet paper and trash and water all over everything pee on the seat and I can't say this though as soon as I took a photo LOL employee come running to the rescue what a hero , thanks for helping did the anonymous lady who come with the broom and dustpan.Vegetarian options: Plenty to choose fromParking: It's crowded and difficult to park.Kid-friendliness: Great for kids and birthday dinners I love when they sing everyone happy birthday in the entire restaurant serves clapping and singing for you for your birthday stomping your feet and laughing having a good time is great.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it's wheelchair accessible and it's easy to get in.

The worst service at pick up. Completely ignored while food was finish for twenty mins before they would stop serving customers who came after me because I had a large order. I was told 10 mins and 30 mins later I had to go inside to get a manager to get my food because pick up would not acknowledge me. Probably because I’m white. They sure helped every other person and even asked the woman behind me her name before asking me when I was standing in line in front of her trying to ask about my food she shut the window on me. $200 order and treated like I ruined their life spending money with them. With all that food one set of utensils were put in the bag, ice cream melted and ice in drinks melted. The manager told me my food was still warm and didn’t even apologize. Food wasn’t worth all the struggle. I do not recommend eating here if you are trying to have a nice evening. This place is the worst restaurant in Shivley. Roosters is always on point as well as Outback and Applebees if in the area.
