I specifically wanted to give my praise to Karen at the North McDonalds in Somerset. After having difficulties with a different manager (who couldn't understand that I wanted extra vanilla syrup in my iced coffee rather than putting sugar packets in it), Karen understood my request and went above and beyond to be a delight and accommodate as much as possible. Worked here when I was younger. The atmosphere was typically very welcoming. The employees here are very good and hospitable. To this day this remains a great place to come and eat.
