“This was my first time at El Tapatio since moving to Versailles. They did not disappoint!!!The service there was Awesome, the young lady was very nice, and kept my water glass filled (love not having to ask for more water).It has your typical Hispanic restaurant vibes, however they did have nice long horn skulls hanging up!The food was great, my whole family enjoyed all their dishes! They have a green habanero hot sauce that complimented my taco salad perfectly!If you are in Versailles stop in at El Tapatio if you are in the mood for Mexican food!!!”

“Attended a Christmas Brunch hosted by a dear friend. The Glitz is so amazing! Almost otherworldly in the sumptuous richness of sparkling treasures inside to shop and the delectable food!!! Absolutely recommend!!! Must have reservations and you will find treasures!!!”

To my surprise, most places were closed except for this bar slash restaurant, but boy, am I glad I found it!As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the sound of pool games and laughter - it felt like stepping into a gathering of family and friends. Despite being a stranger, I immediately felt welcomed by the lively atmosphere.I ordered a couple of beers, and to my amazement, the prices were insanely low, especially considering the quality of service and ambiance. “We tried 4 different pizzas, all were so good! The Thai chicken pizza was delicious! Can’t wait to come back! They were super busy, but staff was friendly and attentive. All food was very hot and fresh.”

“Very friendly family owned business with great food. I ordered three street tacos; tripa, cachete, and chorizo. All three were very delicious with generous fillings and tasty corn tortillas that they make at the restaurant. Also, the price was very reasonable. Tacos came complete with onion, cilantro, and sliced lime as well as a nice selection of salsas.Kid-friendliness: The owners had their kids at the restaurant with them and they were well behaved and friendly ?.”

“This place is literally a hole in the wall but is one of the best Mexican restaurants I have ever eaten at. I mean that you must try it to know what I am truly talking about. I've never had a dish there I didn't like. The atmosphere is good the service is amazing! Always get the food quickly and it's hat and fresh. “We were the only ones there for breakfast. Food took a long time and husband's food was entirely cold (inside). His meal was comped. Blueberry cornbread was good. Mushroom spinach omelette was huge and good. Potatoes just ok.”

“I mean it when I say the cleanest restaurant in the city. The employees were hustling. Dining room was clean. They were very friendly, efficient, polite and engaged. Food came out hot and fast and exactly as we ordered it. They were sweeping and mopping the dining room and it was spotless. A manager was hustling in the back- and it was clear the employees and staff were meeting her energy. Teamwork at its best. Another manager was completing an interview. “Great Chinese food and wonderful service. Family run and verybeautiful clean kitchen that is in view from counter. Generous portions and always the freshest vegetables. Delicious egg rolls a true test of a great Chinese restaurant.”

“Service is outstanding from this JJ staff. The food is missing something that other JJ locations have. Maybe other locations use more sauce and condiments or maybe it's just me. All locations should be almost identical in flavor and presentation. It hasn't stopped me from coming back.”
