Ordered online but didn't have frozen coke. Had to go back online to get refund or money added to online account. Money's still not there. I guess I will have to dispute charge.

If you close early, run low on food items, or are having communication issues with the speaker then you should let customers know by either placing a message on the menu board or physically verbalizing it to customers. But what is NOT acceptable is allowing customers to sit in front of the speaker and not say anything until the customer becomes frustrated and drives off.
