This is some of the best Mexican food we've had in a LONG time. We're from out of state just passing through. I had the mixed fajitas and my wife had the enchiladas rancheras. Both dishes were amazing! They had great salsa as well.
I absolutely love El Raparo. The food is consistently good and the chips and salsa are always fresh. Today in particular we had a phenomenal waiter. He was attentive and even made a few jokes with me and my husband at the table, and really made the atmosphere pleasant and enjoyable. I ordered the enchiladas verdes and the rice that came with it was delicious! The vegetables sautéed with the chicken were fresh and really made the dish extremely flavorful. These chips are crazy good! I could have eaten three baskets of them! I also had a shrimp chimichanga plate that I enjoyed as well. My waitress was fast and attentive, even bringing me a Togo drink before I asked.
