I'm NOT sure what was going on the day of my visit, but the lobby was full as well as the drive thru. The food wasn't that bad, however it could have been a better experience.The staff should have been more aware of what was going on and stop walking around like we are a hassle.And one last thing....old saying if you have time to lean, you have time to clean. Clean up the damn lobby ?
I HAVE WAITED MONTHS FOR POPEYE'S TO OPEN AND I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL IN ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS. THE CROWDS ARE AMAZING. I KNOW THIS COULD BE BECAUSE THEY JUST OPENED, BUT i DON'T THINK IT WILL CHANGE IF THEY KEEP GIVING THE SAME SERVICE AND THE FOOD STAYS AS GOOD AS IT WAS WHEN MY HUSBAND AND I WERE THERE RECENTLY. This was the best fried chicken I ever ate at a Popeyes, I would advise to get a bucket with biscuits, and two large sides with red beans and rice, mash potatoes with gravy. Add two large sides of coleslaw, the “ best coleslaw I ever ate “ If you’re real hungry. Price $34.75 w tax, you should have some extra after two grown men eat a lot.
