“I love this place. I wasn't fond of smoked chicken until this place opened. My husband knows he can't come home on a Friday without food from T&T. Customer service is great as well. You won't be disappointed.”

“We ordered steak fried rice which I highly recommend!!. But in times past when I ordered I was served an amount that would feed two people. Or which would allow me leftovers for another day. Well now you are served just enough for one meal....and you pay a higher price! Not good business I think. I don't mind paying more if the price is commensurate with the quality and amount I receive. Anything other than that in my opinion just isn't good business ?”

“Had the opportunity to visit for dinner with a few others. The fried ribs were great and we shared the seafood nachos. The food was hot and fresh. Nice variety of menu items for everyone. The atmosphere was cool and the jukebox was a plus! Of course we had a few daiquiris as well. I'll visit again when back in the area.”

“Location on Lacey Lane, Baton Rouge, La. It was nice inside, the young man was very friendly, polite and talkative to the kids. He took his time to listen to what each customer wanted and that goes a long way. Also Bask in Robbins please bring back the deal of the month that have 31 days you give that discount on your scoops. I enjoyed it a lot and these days deals help.”

“Found their food truck while on a run downtown and had to circle back for lunch. The BBQ chicken was top notch, as was the smothered cabbage. For a plate lunch under $10 it’s hard to beat.”

“This location had fallen way down and appeared to be about to close down. However, a big turnaround has taken place and you are getting excellent food now. Hot/warm burgers and hot fries are the "norm" here now and not leftover food or cold food. Also, no more long waits in the drive-thru!! They have competent employees on the floor now. They can take your order, get it made and serve you again in a timely manner! Kudo's for this improvement and welcome back to my list of places to grab a bite to eat on!!”

“I spent 34 dollars and got the steak,chicken, and shrimp hibachi. I asked for no vegi amd extra shrimp amd chicken. They nailed it! Got so much extra shrimp and chicken. Will be my go to place from now on. Best 34 ive ever spent. Great job!!”

“It was around 4:30 when I arrived at Popeyes in Baker Louisiana. It was extremely busy, but the service was very good, the food was fresh. From the chicken to the biscuits. The only thing I think they can improve in is the serving amount of their side items. The sides look as though it's an child size servong.”

“McDonald's the ever present to go to when you need a quick meal that tastes good and has no surprises. The voice on the sign took our order and repeated it back for clarity. I got a big mac with fries and a drink and my wife got a fish sandwich. The service was fairly quick the food was hot and tasty. If you are going to drive and eat at the same time, take a minute to arrange your table so there is no need to look before grab.”

I called to thank the manager and team member. She remembered me and said ‘I made sure there was no cheese & I even had them open a fresh bag of lettuce (since cheese tends to travel over and cross into territory that is not theirs)’. Will DEF return?❣️Vegetarian options: No cheese. I choose this description in my review because of how she treated my non-cheese-ness. Cheese is a staple - I get it - but due to the growing problems/sensitivities surrounding dairy products on the human anatomy (physical reactions!, I’m not talkin morals here) I think cheese should return as an add-on option everywhere (but w/o charge!). I think it's a fair trade for everyone. ✋anyone else? Thanks again.Dietary restrictions: No cheese. “The nuggets, chili, potatoes, and lemonades are my go to with BBQ sauce on the side..... let's not forget the frosty's and burgers... They should offer chilli cheese fries, or potatoes with chilli and cheese on them.”

“This is the REAL deal! You if are looking for authentic Cajon cuisine this is your place. Staff is super friendly (gave us a ton of yummy samples). The real treat was meeting (Writ) the owner (he is a national treasure) he even gave us a tour of his place to include the welding shop and smoke pit.”

“Elsie’s is a favorite of mine so it was a no brainer to go there for my birthday back in March. It was the first time for my boyfriend, who’s from Kenner, and he was throughly impressed. We got the red bean hummus and crawfish queso to start because I think EVERY MEAL should start with those two. The entrees were delectable as always and to top it all off, they had my all time favorite pie in the case. We took home a whole chocolate pecan pie because who needs birthday cake when you can have birthday pie?!?! All in all, a perfect evening at Elsie’s as always.”

Nothing more and nothing less, just as I like it. But the crust. The crust! Phenomenal. I have been advised that they sell their dough balls. I have not yet taken advantage, but I fully intend to, though I know my Ooni is a poor substitution for Rocca's beautiful oven. If you don't order the garlic knots, you are a fool. I have had similar at a well-known New Orleans establishment. These are better by far. You have not lived until you have had the whipped provolone. I only wish I could recreate myself as it sadly does not transport well. Their newest special is housemade pastrami on rye. I myself do not eat beef but my husband loves pastrami, so we dropped everything so he could try it without delay. We have visited New York City several times in the past couple of years. My husband has had some GOOD pastrami sandwiches. He says he likes Rocca's better. Better than Katz. Service is always lovely, ambiance is good. If you're going on a Friday or Saturday, make reservations. This is popular spot, and for good reason.”
