I ordered what I thought was a grilled chicken platter. The menu stated that the order included a grilled chicken breast, rice, and vegetables. When I received the order, it had a dry grilled chicken breast with French fries. They charged me 16.00 for this order. When I called the restaurant to give them the opportunity to fix the order, they would not speak with me. I've been on several occasions with family and friends for lunch or dinner. It's just a really plain sandwich place as far as I'm concerned. It's not bad at all, so don't get me wrong here. and it's a large sandwich too! It's maybe too big of a sandwich for me, and I think a little bit too expensive, for what it is anyway. Nothing wrong with it, it's just not my first choice of places to go. If you are really into sandwich's or maybe a sandwich at the bar then you may love it!
I don't know what happened over here but the last three times I ate here it was terrible !! Overcooked my chicken on my sandwich twice and took almost 45 to receive my food when there were only two people ahead of me !! Management should really do something or I could see it closing down because there to many other food options in the area that actually care about the quality of the food they put out !!!!!!!
