“I went right before 3:00p.m. ordered the three piece meal and got it to go with no drink. I had my order and out the door with in five minutes. The chicken was good (not great but good). The chicken was hot and fresh off the grill. I got the rice and charro beans. Both was hot and fresh but lacking on spice. Now as for as service the gentleman that took my order was very nice but after I got in my truck and down the road I discovered that I had no utensils for the sides and no tortillas. Altogether food would be a 8/10 service would be 5/10“
“I came here looking for lent options and they had all burgers. I was going to pull off, and the manager stopped and asked what was wrong. I advised that it is Friday and we could not have meet, however the shrimp burger sounded good. He then told me he could make the burger with only shrimp. He was EXTREMELY KIND AND PATIENT. We just got home, and it was delicious! The bread is soo good. Both me and my husband enjoyed it. The guy in the drive through said he was the assitant manager and he was amazing. amazing customer service, fresh food. We are going back tomorrow.“
“We made a stop at Blaze Pizza while out on some deliveries, and I have to say, I'm thoroughly impressed. The service was outstanding, the pizza delicious, and the place was spotless. The staff was not only friendly but also very helpful in guiding us through the ordering process, making our first visit a breeze. I'm definitely impressed, and we'll surely be returning to Blaze Pizza next time we're in Baton Rouge. Plus, you get a generous amount of pizza for your order!“
“This Seafood spot is such a surprise!!!! Don't let the exterior put you off...the food is SPECTACULAR and their prices are really reasonable too! Their fish is prepared to perfection, tender AND flakey! Sooooo delish! I will be a regular!“
“Good place for chicken sandwich milkshake. Lemonade, tea. They don't sell any beef just chicken.. They sell waffle fries and a couple salads. They have fruit cups.. They have a lot of family's with mom and dad visit with kids.. They have play area for kids..“
“I had smalls a few years ago and I remember it being pretty good and kinda completely forgot about it! My friends and I went the other night and it was so so good. We heard they had queso so we had to try it and a cookies and cream shake. I think last time we went they only had chocolate and vanilla. Unfortunately their ice cream machine was down but the sliders and fries with queso was so yum. The service was super fast and the employees were very nice and patient since we had like 5 people in the car for the drive through.“
“Got food to go, but went inside to order. Plenty of options for sauces and they can easily accommodate bun options as well. Also having a choice of edamame as a side was pretty awesome. Fries are the soft/greasy style, kind of like Five Guys. My son got the kids meal with a lettuce wrap. I got the chili burger which was pretty tasty. They have good shakes as well.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals that can be fully customized to the child's tastes.“
“This isn't the place to go for a romantic meal. This is where you go to get GREAT food and go home. HUGE portions!Parking: Get in where you fit in. Don't make the mistake of thinking you can order in the drive-thru, because it's for pickup.Kid-friendliness: Nah, too busy and small for kids to roam around.“
“Holden and his TEAM rock! Delicious food and atmosphere! Great dining experience all the way around! We’re from Atlanta- daughter going to be a LSU freshman. Had never had the privilege of dining at a Cane’s. Definitely hooked!!! We’ll be back!! Thanks again Holden! The Schalon Family.“
“Just had Chicken Shack on Acadian for the first time, after my daughter kept raving about it. I got the chicken dinner with red beans and rice and the mustard greens. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to eat chicken from any place else again. They’ve gotten their recipes down pat. I wish I could have had an entire pint of the greens alone!“
“The the location on the Bluebonnet and amazing staff and the food is always amazing. At the window, Amethyst has the smile on her face and is patient and kind to everyone who comes through. She is an outstanding worker and has amazing customer service. She definitely makes my day and always makes sure everything in my order is put together just right. I highly recommend everyone to come to this location for the best service and quality food.“
“It's the lords chicken, it's great. They get orders wrong occasionally but their doing their best!Edit:I wish that the drive through line was swapped and circling was on the inner and exiting was on the outter but then people would block those packing spots in between so I understand their decision.“
“Grabbed quick lunch. Noticed that entire parking lot has been remodeled. Drive lanes now have two. The inside of the restaurant has also been updated. Food came out hot and fast.Store was very clean and ready for guests. Staff was able to make sure I had everything before sitting down. I can recommend this location when in the area for your lunch or dinner needs. It's nice to see the location get updated to stand out in a area that has seem to come even further in standards.Parking: Parallel parking and plenty of parking on the right side of the building. It seems not to much parking if you have a major outing.“
“I recently had the pleasure of trying Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers for the first time, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The chicken fingers were crispy and perfectly seasoned. The combination of the crispy outside and the juicy inside made for an incredible texture and flavor. The Cane's sauce was a perfect addition to the meal, adding a tangy sweetness to the already delicious chicken. The meal also came with crinkle-cut fries which were perfectly cooked and seasoned. All in all, my first experience with Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers was a great one, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal.HOURS OF OPERATION:Mon-Thu: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PMFri-Sat: 10:30 AM - 8:00 PM“
“Two years ago today, I tried this place that I'd never been to but is as old as me! I was worried I was gonna have a bad experience but I couldn't have been more wrong. The couple who own it were exceptionally friendly and patient when I asked a lot of questions and took time to decide what I wanted. My food was also reasonably priced. I was just reminded of my experience in an old memory on social media and had to leave a review!“
“My grandparents live on the Jersey shore, so I grew up eating Jersey Mike’s. I was so excited when I learned that there was a location in Baton Rouge, and for the most part, it has always met and exceeded my expectations in terms of flavor and staff friendliness. Today I stopped by to grab my favorite sandwich- a Philly cheesesteak fully dressed Mike’s Way- but when I gave the staff member my order he looked at me like I had two heads. He asked me to repeat myself, and when I did, he told me with visible confusion that hot subs don’t come fully dressed. I explained I knew that, which is why I was specifically requesting it, and when he still didn’t look like he understood I reiterated “fully dressed...you know, tomatoes, lettuce, that sort of thing.” He sort of nodded, wrote my order down, gave me my slip of paper, and I figured that was the end of it. However, when he gave me my completed order, I decided to double check and ask if it had been fully dressed, and he said that yes, they’d put lettuce and tomato on. At this point I realized he still hadn’t understood what I wanted, but didn’t want to be THAT customer and hold up the line or bother the employees (cause I get it, service industry isn’t easy) so when I got home I unwrapped my decidedly not fully-dressed sandwich and added the missing condiments (mayo, pickles, salt and pepper, and oil and vinegar) myself. It’s definitely one of the only not-great experiences I’ve had with JM and while it’s not a huge deal, I’m not angry or upset, I wish I received what I’d ordered. I figured it may have been a new employee or someone who wasn’t used to that sort of request, and I won’t stop eating here, but perhaps letting the team know how to handle odd requests would be an easy fix should another situation like this occur.“
“I was a first timer trying LitPizza I loved the positive energy the young man had when making my pizza. All the ingredients were fresh and the pice is very fair for the awesome pizza you receive. I absolutely loved it Highly recommended A+++++“
“The staff are always friendly and cheerful, and I always get a good laugh, which leads to their customer service. Their service is professional, family-based, and prompt. Food selection and preparation is above average, and I've never had food wrong or wrong with my order. All in all, if you need seafood, poboys, or a quick meal at the right price, look no further than here...“
“Top of the morning to you Mr. Fila… we love you and to be honest you messed up last night on our chicken sandwich, we ask for no pickles and you placed extra pickles instead. It’s all good… there is a problem with the font on the drive thru sign, it’s so small you can’t hardly see you contain peanut oil in your products. I ordered a nugget kids meal and later realized you use peanut oil to fry those in, thankfully we had his allergy medicine before his rash spread all over. Not being critical, my grandson is only 1 and what the dr told us is that many children are allergic to peanuts and their uses. Just enlarge the font please … thank you for everything. May God bless you ?“
“It's always good at the Plank Rd. Raising Cane's. The store is clean and the food is hot and fresh. I also like that there's a policeman that patrols at night as well. Though I don't like the reasoning behind the patrolman, I can appreciate business looking out for the safety of the patrons and staff.“
“We love Canes, and so does my granddaughter! But there is one situation I would rather not be exposed too. The lil guy that wants to be a girl at the front counter. I could care less what life style he likes, but the awkward questions I have to answer from my 5yo granddaughter is something we can do without.“
“I've gotten sandwiches from the po'boy Express on cedar Crest which is closer to my house, but this public expresses shrimp Po boy and french fries on Florida avenue this afternoon was excellent. So much better than I've had before at the other location.“
“Four stars only because I’m Thai and this isn’t Thai food, but it’s delicious mall Asian food. Big portions! I grew up with parents that ran a Chinese food court restaurant and it’s takes me back to my childhood. The grilled chicken is really good and I love the fried rice and green beans. It doesn’t sit heavy like mall food usually does. For the review that said it taste fishy, fish sauce is commonly used to avoid so much sodium in some dishes.I got a combo 2 + 1 egg roll + large drink and it came up to be $16.95 after the $.49 surcharge for using a credit card (typical).“
“The Italian Original is the closet Italian sub I have eaten in Louisiana from a sandwich shop that closely resembles the Italian sub from a privately owned and Italian owned shop in San Francisco. No, this is NOT a muffuletta. It was great. Something that would have made it better is if the bread could get toasted. I liked the shop. Employees were very nice.“
“Sorry for no pictures but trust me, my word is bond and they have some very good cheeseburgers and shoestring fries, the cheeseburgers have a good taste even thou the meat isnt seasoned, the edges of the burger is crispy , the shoestring fries are salty but good, the custards to me are average, you one you tried them all“
“The music playing was really depressing heart break songs from the 90s. The employees kept following me.. to watch me get my drink, into the restroom.. multiple times wanting to "check" on me .. just like last time y'all asked.. I was fine.. I just had to poop. Thanks. ?“
“First of all - Quiozel is awesome! He always has a smile for each and every customer and makes our visits enjoyable ( every single weekend ?)!!! He’s just fantastic!2nd- the sandwiches are super tasty( and I’ve tried nearly all of them ). I mostly prefer the chicken varieties- buffalo and California style. Highly recommend!“
“I rarely write reviews, but this is place...the location specifically is the best. One of the best customer service I have experienced. Food is fresh and every single worker has been so accommodating and sweet. The spicy queso is my favorite!“
“Always on point, good burgersUntil today on March 2nd 2024 they gave us old stale fries and messed up my burger. On paper I only wanted tomatoes, grilled onions and pickles. Instead they gave me some nasty lettuce and none of the other toppings.“
“My sandwich was delicious. It was very fresh, and flavorful, and made exactly how requested. It was ready when I arrived to pick it up. I also had a whole pickle. I couldn't eat it all, but it was refreshing. The store was solidly clean. No debris. No dirty tables, no sticky spots on the floor or in front of the soda fountain... spotless. Employees worked quickly, efficiently and were exceedingly polite. Thank yall for a great lunch experience. EDIT: Thanks for the invitation to leave more feedback, I just did. Yall have a great day!“
“This was the first time we have ever been to Shake Shack. The restaurant was very clean. You had a choice to order with a worker or on a kiosk. There was a worker available for anyone who had any questions using the kiosk, which was good.We ordered two orders of cheese fries, the Korean BBQ burger, a shack burger, a black and white shake, and a large fountain drink. To start, the cheese fries were awesome. The fries were crispy with the right amount of salt. There was a good amount of cheese on the fries, but I still used ketchup once I was done with the cheesy part of the fries. The burgers were good. The best part was definitely the soft potato bun. The pickles are also good here. In my opinion, the burger has a great flavor but is very small. The black and white shake was good as well. You definitely have a good balance of vanilla and hot fudge!Overall, we enjoyed the restaurant. We would go back but get doubles instead of singles.“
“This is the best Chick- fil-a in the whole USA. I have been to every Chick-fil-a in Baton Rouge and some in other states. I don’t care if there is a Chick-fil-a next door to me. I will always go to Chick-fil-a on Millerville because my order will ALWAYS be right and just how I like it. The service is always great, as well. Great employees and management.“
“I went for the first time last month (January) with a buddy. It was his suggestion. There weren't many people inside eating, but the drive-thru was packed. We chose to go in and glad we did. Food was hot and fast. There was also a gentleman walking around checking on customer satisfaction. Great experience. Been back twice since. Will continue to go back. Thanks OTH staff!“
“Everything was great. My only issue was another customer grabbed my food by accident thinking it was his order # called. But the employee should have asked to see their receipt before giving it to the customer. Other than that everything was fantastic!“
“Costs are going retarded, this place is amazing, However, I give 4 star due to cost pushing 20 dollars for 6 nuggets and a 3 toasts. that and my hands are always drenched with oil bleeding through napkins I use to ring them out, other than how cool it would be for this company to invest and test the x waters with an air fry setup I'd say it's perfection. But it leaves me Ill feeling if I don't remove the oil when I eat more than 3 strips“
“It is the best place i have eaten at i'm going to bring my gf who i'm sooooooooooooooooooooooooo proud of she graduated from lsvi on yesterday U all have the best drings and chicken fingers around and thx for yalls services“
“It is nice place for vegetarian people. You can have a lot in 5$ or 6$. Must visit if you want to have brunch or dinner. This is perfect supplementary place for lunch or dinner.Vegetarian options: Good supplement options for vegetarian people.“
“This chicken sandwich is the most marvelous piece of sustenance I have ever laid my eyes on. The freshest lettuce, rich delicious tomatoes, perfectly crispy chicken patty. This is the epitome of excellence. May your children be beautiful, may your success be immeasurable, may god grant you beautiful children, may you be promoted to a manager at Jack in the box, and may your pillows be forever cold.“
“So me and my daughter and I stopped by this particular raising cane's on government and foster drive. Lord, if the food wasn't good, I would've never stopped. Why is the line always ridiculously long? And why are they so slow? I will try level best to never stop here again.“
“Had not been here in years. Would love for their to be walk up ordering. However...the ladies working were absolutely lovely and my memories flooded back at the first bite of that chili cheese hot dog! An absolute must is the fries with chili, cheese, bacon, and ranch! Is it healthy food? Absolutely NOT! But it is delicious! Also budget friendly...which is probably one of the reasons it is still in business after all these years. (Just outside the LSU gates)We stopped in for a bit of nostalgia. We left with full bellies and smiles. They do have burgers, corn dogs, and veggie dogs also.“
“Had a huge delivery order for the family the other night and we loved everything! Great portions, very reasonable prices, and decently packaged. We got the pork eggrolls, pork fried rice, Mongolian beef, Hunan beef, and Mapo Tofu (my personal favorite and it was properly spicy). I will be ordering from here again in the future.“
“Tynie is an amazing cashier/ cook I love coming there and will keep coming back because of you guys service , every Sunday especially last Sunday ..amazing!! She made sure everything was perfect from the lovely pizza she made to the beautiful service gave me …special shout out to Tynie!!?“
“We visited this establishment for the first time tonight and it was an amazing experience. First we were assisted by the cashier, Kayden. He was helpful, polite, and extremely kind. He helped with placing my order and was very well mannered. He heard my wife say how much she enjoyed pickles, and the manager, Sandra and he brought her some pickles out of the kindness of their hearts. As a professional in the field, it is extremely important to us as customers to have this kind of AMAZING customer service. Not only will we be back, but we also signed up for rewards. These two individuals need to be praised for going above and beyond the duties of their jobs to make such great experiences for guests. We appreciate and encourage this.Great job Kayden and Sandra! You've made guests and fans for life!“
“Honestly I'd give this place no stars for a rating if I could. Every time I am there to pick up an order or for myself, they are about rude and have poor customer service. Food should not be prepared on the checkout counter where it's dirty and unsanitary. I don't think people that have poor people skills should work in customer services...“

“Not restaurant quality ambiance but if you want your go to seafood boil this is the place. From pig feet, turkey necks (whole), shrimp with jalapeños, crab legs, crayfish and more! You choose your crab legs in the freezer then they cook them seasoned in about 12min.“
“Loved this place. My Meme uses a walker & is dependent on it. They immediately came to the door to help us get her in. They were so sweet. There weren't many people there when we went for 2:30 which made it easy on us. They close at 3pm & were still gracious & not rushing us. 5 stars to the whole staff!! Thank y'all!!Parking: The only thing they lacked was a handicap ramp at the door.Kid-friendliness: We saw two little girls in there with their baby dolls & the cashier kept asking the little girl how she (baby doll) was because she (baby doll) had a fever. Lol.“
“This Cane's ROCKS consistently. The chicken tenders at Raising Cane’s are a standout. They’re tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The breading is crispy and cooked perfectly. Whether you dip them in Cane’s sauce or enjoy them plain, they’re a winner.Try the coleslaw! It is fresh and crunchy. It strikes a nice balance between creaminess and tanginess. It’s a great side to complement the chicken tenders. Now my wife's favorite. The fries! They’re consistently golden, crispy, and addictive. The quality of these fries has me switchin' lanes and pickin' Cane's! Seriously, they’re that good. Now foe the dessert. The Texas toast. Yeah I know some of you hold the slaw and get extra toast and rightfully so! It is buttery, soft, and slightly garlicky. It’s the perfect accompaniment to the meal. I appreciate the care that goes into the toast—it’s substantial and satisfying. This Cane’s gets top marks for cleanliness. The dining area is spotless, and the building itself is well-maintained. It’s refreshing to enjoy a meal in such a tidy environment. In summary, Raising Cane’s delivers on its promise of simple, delicious chicken tenders. The combination of quality ingredients, friendly service, and a clean atmosphere keeps me coming back for more. ?? emphasis on friendly service. I'm routinely checked out and served by the same crew members and they maintain a consistent demeanor. If you haven’t tried Raising Cane’s yet, give it a shot—you won’t be disappointed! ?“
“Normally I have a great experience at this location but on this day the manager had her hands full. I placed 2 orders online and came in to pick them up. The first was prepared after I arrived and made the aware of the order but the second one I was told I would have to wait for more chicken to cook, my response was that's fine just prepare both orders with the fresh chicken when it comes up. So I sat back and enjoyed the show. I watched the fry cook batter up the chicken and as it was sloppy and dripping drop it in the grease as the manager was asking why it was taking so long. Then the manager made her rounds over by the drive through trying to get the orders filled and there was some confusion around the oven wre something was set for only 4 minutes and would not be cooked all the way. Then she made her way to the front counter where the first order was still sitting next to the prep area. She started questioning the staff "what is this" I offered my help to say that it was my order but I had 2 orders and I had to wait on more spicy chicken for the second one so I asked them to fix both orders with the fresh chicken once it was ready. Well that seamed to be a problem and she stared acting like I just ruined her day. I asked her to calm down and said that it was ok it's just chicken. She remade the first order and shoved it towards me when the chicken came up. So then I asked what about the 2nd order? She started asking her workers what 2nd order is he talking about the staff tried to tell her that I had 2 orders and showed her the order slips. She fixed the 2nd order and I told her that it's ok im patiently waiting and I'm not in a rush. But I did rush out as I felt like this was a toxic environment, I didn't even ask for any cajun sparkle or honey. The second order wasn't even in a bag it was just in the box dripping with grease as she was rushing every employee and didn't give the chicken time to properly drain. When I got home I had chunks of batter on the chicken and a pool of grease in the box. The under side of the chicken was soggy. This entire visit was about 15 minutes, I placed my order when I left the grocery store(about 10 minutes before my arrival) , I had milk and produce in the car. I think this team needs a little help. In total there was about 6 employees behind the counter so I don't think it was a staffing issue, my they were all new hires? The drill Sergeant manager was like little tornado whipping though the store trying to get everything in shape but her furry reached out across the counter to the customers also.Parking: Lots of free and clear parking, but the drive through doesn't have enough spots for customers to wait for their orders, lol“
