La Salvadoreña Restaurant Reviews
Service was very slow yet we were the only customers for about 45 minutes. The shrimp ceviche was good but the rojo sauce on the enchiladas tasted like a can of tomato soup was used with no seasoning. The plantains were delicious and perfectly cooked. Also, the food was very inexpensive so even if you don’t like it, it’s not a lot of money wasted.
Service was amazing and the staff was super nice. The juice was fresh squeezed and super sweet, the pupusas were hot and delicious, and the platanos were sweet and had perfect texture. I’ll definitely be coming more often next semester.

The pupusas were great!! I got a bean and cheese pupusa. I also asked for it to be not excessively filled , and they did it perfectly.I also got a taco al pastor, which is marinated pork. It was pretty good! The green sauce is very spicy, but I really liked the red sauce and the stuff they put in to put on the pupusa. I think without the added sauce and cabbage stuff, the pupusa would be a bit bland for my taste. But with it, it was great and I’ll definitely come back for more!My...read full review
