“The staff was friendly and assertive. The young lady caught someone trying to steal two large drinks. So rather than confronting her, she politely gave her the total and stated, "It's for those two drinks over there." LOL Restaurant could be cleaner. I literally slipped in the parking lot of off a chicken bone ?“
“I just had a great experience at their drive-through. Service was fast and courteous. For the 10 pieces spicy I ordered they asked if I wanted two mild pieces instead of waiting for two spicy pieces to finish frying. I will go out of my way to use this location instead of Staring from now on.“
“Chicken was fresh out the grease HOT ? services was great. Since covid19 I only go here if I'm the 2nd or only car in the drive thru. No one wants to work any more. So with a shortage of employees everywhere, it takes longer and my patience isn't that long. Not on the business but me.“

I have lived in st.amant for the past 14 years and STILL have not been able try the redbeans and its like a 10% chance that they even have spicy chicken. “I can't believe I'm giving a Popeyes so many stars, but I was genuinely blown away by the service on my visit to this location on Highland Rd on Tuesday December 26 2023. I had just about given up on Popeyes because the service always makes me regret ever visiting. I would like to thank the crew working that evening for giving me hope that Popeyes can be saved. If any regional Popeyes bosses are reading this, please give this location kudos and use them as an example of how to operate other locations. Oh, and the food was great of course!“

“I was skeptical going to this Popeyes but it was on my route, I was starving and the Popeyes in PA is trash. To my surprise, my visit was nothing short of a 5 star rating. They promptly took my order, I didn’t have to back up to restart their timer, the employee at the window was warm and friendly and my food was ready AND HOT!!! ??? This Popeyes provided exceptional food and service. While this was only one visit, a win is a win. I’ll take another chance on them!“

“It appears my experiences with this location are different than many other reviewers. If I remember correctly this location opened during the pandemic which means when it opened service was only through the drive thru. And for me, what I usually do is if a drive Thur has 4 or more cars I go to a different location so perhaps that factors into my positive review---that is, I believe I have actually ordered only 3 times as the other handful of occasions I considered this location there were too many cars in the drive thru and I went somewhere else. That said the 3 times I have been here I ordered via the drive thru 2 times and walked inside to order the other time. Each time, the workers were polite, got my order correct, fresh and it was prompt so no issues here. The food (chicken and different sides) was fresh although I do think there has been some tinkering with the batter so it tastes slightly different from past experiences but no real complaint with the food. While this location is not closest to my residence , it is the location I choose to patronize and I recommend it and will return when the desire for Popeyes hits.“
