Very professional and knowledgeable Lili. She teaches techniques to cooking with calmness and poise. I will tell you there is a lot going on in the kitchen. The class was an excellent activity for team building. You also get to shop for favorite spices, teas, oils, and herbs. The kitchen accessories sold there are nothing but highest quality. I highly recommend Red Stick Spice.

Red Stick makes it easy for you to have amazing gifts of louisiana cuisine for friends and family that live out of town.
